In pursuance of Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax-1, Nagpur's letter F. No. Pr.
CIT-1/DE-23/1TO
ITI/Result/2023-24 dated 12.12.2023 along with letter F.No.DE/Result of ITIs/2023/ADG/330 dated
29.11.2023 issued by Directorate of Income Tax (Exam), New Delhi, Shri Kirankumar Wasedeo Barapatre,
Tax Assistant has been declared to have passed the Departmental Exam -2023 for
Income Tax Inspector
which was held in September-2023.

The Board has directed vide F.No. C-18013/95/2012-V&L Ad. IX dated

27.03.2015 to grant two
advance increments to the applicants for their passing the relevant Departmental Examination for
Inspectors, as Tax Assistant.

Accordingly, the pay of the official is fixed under F.R.22(1)(a)()

Basic Pay as on 28/11/2023
(As per 7h CPC Matrix Level-4, Index-4) 27,900
On passing Departmental examination held in September-2023 the official is
eligible for two advance incremnent w.e.f 29.11.2023
Add: Two Advance increment
Pay after 1st Advance increment ( Pay Matrix Level-4,
Index-5) 28,700
Pay after 2nd Advance increment( Pay Matrix Level-4,
Index-6) 29,600
Pay Scale as on 29/11/2023
(As per 7th CPC Matrix Leve-4,Index-6) 29,600

The pay of the official is fixed @ Rs. 29,600 W.e.f 29.11.2023 and the date of
next regular
increment will be 01.07.2024. The arrear of pay and allowance will be drawn accordingly.
