POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, Mr. Sam Proh, From 95BE1, Street 231, Commune Phsar Diemkor, District Toulkokr, City Phnom Penh,
Cambodia, hereby appoint barrister Ugwu Chukwudi of Azmasih Int'l Law Firm as my respresentative
mandated to act on mybehalf in transaction with Group Bank of Africa Cotonou, Rep du Benin.

Barrister Ugwu Chukwudi of Azmasih Int'l Law Firm shall have full power and authority to act on mybehalf.

This power and authority shall authorize my Attorney barrister Ugwu Chukwudi to manage and conduct all
affairs and to exercise all myrights and power in all transaction with Group Bank of Africa-Benin.

Barrister Ugwu Chukwudiof Azmasih Int'l Law Firm powers shall also include the power to :

1. Sign on mybehalf any fund release documents and to stand on mybehalf in all issue as issued by
the Group Bank of Africa – Benin and the Banque Centrale des Etats De l’Afrique de l’Ouest
(BCEAO)
2. Oversight any legal requirements with Group Bank of Africa – Benin and Republic of Benin
Government until I Mr. Sam Proh receives the entire sum $10,500,000:00 USD (Ten Million Five
Hundred Thousand United State Dollars Only) in my inherited account with Group Bank of Africa-
Benin.
This Power of Attorney shall be construed broadly as a general Power of Attorney.

My Attorney, in this case barrister Ugwu Chukwudi of Azmasih Int'l Law Firm's power and authority is
excluded in anyform of usage or tarmper with the principal fund.
