Affidavit

I, Tawseefa Mushtaq W/o Nasir Ahmad Pal D/o Mushtaq Ahmad Chooda R/o Hazratbal Tehsil & District
Anantnag, do hereby affirm and declare on oath as under :-

1. That the deponent is permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir UT.

2. That my husband has issued cheques approximately to the tune of Rs. Fifty Lakhs to different
persons.
3. That I have already filed a suit before Hon’ble Judicial Magisterate First Class at Anantnag
against my husband namley Nasir Ahmad Pal S/o Ghulam Rasool Pal R/o Pinjoora Shopian,
Kashmir.
4. That from today onwards I have absolutely nothing to do with him or his debts.
5. That whoever has any outstanding money with him shall approach him in person and exclude
me from all this hassle.
6. That whoever approaches me and for his debts will be considered to be harrasing me and will be
dealt with according to law.
7. That all the contents of this affidavit are true to the best of my knowledge.
8. That there is no coercion or undue influence or force upon me for drafting this affidavit.
