THIS RECEIPT DISCHARGE AND REASSIGNMENT AND REVOCATION OF


DEBENTURE is made the day of

NOOR HAFIZAH BINTI MOHD SHAH (NRIC NO : 830920-01-6068) and


PUNGUT BINTI RAIS (NRIC NO : 560911-01-5752) (5068425) of No. 25, Jalan Putera
Indah ½, Bandar Putera Indah, Tongkang Pechah, 83010 Batu Pahat, Johor (hereinafter
called “the Borrower”) of the first part

And

BANK SIMPANAN NASIONAL a body corporated established by the BANK


SIMPANAN NASIONAL act 1974 and having its registered office at No. 117, Jalan
Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur (hereinafter called “the Lender”) of the second part

RECITALS

1. WHEREAS by a Deed Of Assignment dated the 27th day of SEPTEMBER, 2007


(hereinafter referred to as “the Debenture”) made between the Lender of the one
part and the Borrower of the other part the Lender had agreed to grant the
Borrower a Facility of RINGGIT MALAYSIA NINETY TWO THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED (RM92,100-00) only (hereinafter referred to as "the Loan") to part
finance the purchase of the said Property.

3. AND WHEREAS the Borrower had under the Debenture appointed the Lender to
be his Attorney to do certain acts and things in connection with the Debenture
and the Debenture has been registered in the High Court of Malaya at Muar
vide P/A No. 1741/2007 on the 16/8/2007.

4. AND WHEREAS the Borrower had fully paid the Loan together with all interest
and monies due and payable under the Debenture;

5. AND WHEREAS the Borrower with the consent of the Lender desires that the
Debenture registered under P/A No. 1741/2007 given under the Debenture be
revoked.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH as follows:-

1. In consideration of the Borrower having repaid all moneys owing to the Lender
on the security of under or pursuant to the Debenture the parties hereto hereby
agree and confirm that the Debenture is hereby terminated and shall be of no
further effect and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the
foregoing it is hereby agreed as follows:-

(a) the Lender hereby RELEASES and DISCHARGES the Borrower from all
agreements covenants conditions and stipulations and anything

whatsoever on the part of the Borrower as expressed and contained in the
Debenture.

2. The Lender hereby REASSIGNS to the Borrower the said Property together with
all the rights title and interest therein in and under the Sale and Purchase
Agreement to hold the same unto the Borrower absolutely free from the Loan
and interest secured by all other claims under or in relation to the Debenture.

3. The Borrower hereby revokes the Debenture registered under High Court of
Malaya at Muar vide P/A No. 1741/2007 on the 16/8/2007 and every power
conferred and for the consideration aforesaid and the Lender concurs with such
revocation PROVIDED that nothing herein contained shall affect the validity of
any act or thing done by the Lender by virtue of the powers conferred on them by
the Debenture before the revocation herein contained.

4. This Receipt, Discharge and Reassignment and Revocation of Debenture shall be


binding upon the heirs, executors and assigns of the Borrower and the
successors-in-title of the Lender.

5. The costs of and incidental to this Receipt, Discharge and Reassignment and
Revocation of Debenture including stamp duty and solicitors' costs shall be borne
and paid by the Borrower.
