LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (LOA)

It is the responsibility of the student to read and understand the steps in the application and arrival process
as well as all deadlines outlined on the International Student Offer Missing a step or a deadline may result in
loss of admission. To reinstate an offer of admissions will require a review of program availability.
Failure to complete any of these steps by the indicated deadline might result in loss of admissions. Please
note that campus transfers are NOT permitted.
4. REGISTRATION:
Once you have completed all steps above and are pre-registered within the indicated deadline, you will be
automatically registered. This step will mean that you are officially registered a Loyalist College-Port Hope Campus
student.
5. REGISTRATION CHANGES:
Once officially registered, it is a student’s responsibility to adhere deadlines outlined on the Loyalist College –
Academic Calendar.
7. ARRIVING IN CANADA:
Once your application is marked pre-registered, you should start planning your arrival in Canada by reviewing the
following before leaving your home country:
