Subject: Regarding not taking interest in JTO Field training.

With due respect and reference to your office letter no. DET
Trans/PA/Staff/Corres/2017-18 Dated at Patiala 21-08-2017 regarding above cited subject it is
submitted that I have joined my JTO field training on dated 07-08-2017 in Transmission section
Patiala. I am taking full interest with fully devotion to learn new field and tried to grasp all
technical aspects of transmission wing. I am doing my duties assigned to me as the part of field
training and not taking any plea of ill health and family problems. I am tried to learn GP power
testing, rout chart knowledge, splicing of OFC cable of 3G BTS SST Nagar Patiala, FTTH fault
localisation, OTDR measurements and attended JGP exchange media fault and then Babarpur BTS
fault in Nabha SDCA with team and fault set righted by trenching and cable pulling and splicing at
10:15 pm dated 12-8-2017. Sir I also attended and set right the Media fault between bankhar and
sarshustigarh exchange on dated 18-8-2017 by visiting Sanour, Bankhar and Sarshustigarh
exchange. I have given full co-operation to my counterpart and superior’s in this field training.
Sir, earlier I have performed my duties as J.E. in Group section Patiala in Ruff & Tuff
conditions and never given any chance of indiscipline to my superior’s. Although the transmission
wing is new job for me but I am taking full interest to learn and fully tried to perform my assigned
responsibilities. It is humbly requested to your good self to extend co-operation and guidance so
that I can learn and perform my duties efficiently in the interest of BSNL.
