In the reference 1st read above the NITTTR Chennai, has informed that the Faculty
Development Program “FDP-61” on “ASP.NET” for the teaching faculty of polytechnics in AP will
be conducted at NITTTR Chennai during the dates mentioned below.

In these circumstances, the Secretary, State Board of Technical Education and Training, AP is pleased
to depute teaching faculty of Polytechnics in AP as shown in the annexure for the above program.

The Principals of Polytechnics concerned are requested to relieve the members deputed as stated in
the annexure well in advance, in order to report at NITTTR Chennai by 9-30 AM on 06-08-2018 under
intimation to this office.

TA & DA will be paid as per the rules of NITTTR and their absence will be treated as On Duty.
Please acknowledge the receipt of the same.
Note:
1. No Substitute is allowed. If any Staff Member has already attended the above mentioned
Program, the same may be informed by mail to “trainings.apsbtet@gmail.com”.

2. TA & DA for the particpants are to be paid by NITTTR, Chennai as perthe prescribed norms of the
Institute (Limited to 2 TIER AC subject to production of actual tickets for to and fro travel for
verification.Confirmed tickets only be accepted. Wait Listed tickets will not be accepted for return
journey). Tatkal charges, if any, will also be reimbursed.
