adequate result of the intervention.
Conclusion
First: It was possible to sensitize older adults about the importance
of self-esteem so that they learn to value themselves

Second: Students became aware of stress management and its


consequences.

Third: The older adults identified the elements that facilitate


assertive communication, in which it was evidenced that the older
adults expressed their ideas and realized that not everything they
did was good, they became aware of it and little by little they
changed. their behaviors.
