REFLECTION #3

ELJEAN S. LACLAC

The discussion focused on how grammar or the structure of a

sentence or text greatly affects its meaning or the message it
conveys. The reports effectively presented how the structure can
change and distort the meaning of the sentence the writer writes
and the speaker speaks.

They also have elaborated the overall or primary goal of teaching

grammar is for students or learners to know how to use the
language in an effective and efficient communication done through
different forms such as verbal, non-verbal and many more.

The presentation also channeled that teaching grammar in context

provides accuracy in the target language and allows learners to see
how rules can be used in sentences. Moreover, providing the chance
to practice grammar tasks in context also allows learners to
understand how language rule works and it improves their
linguistic skills.
