This is a document which will cover a broad range of cognitive exercises with theoretical
explanations and also ones that are already studied and proven. The main one will be image
streaming and variants, also including rft, dual n back, self hypnosis, meditation, intuitive
problem solving, brain wave entrainment(also known as binaural beats), nootropics, with
possibly more to come, and a brief overview of iq and memory research, and there will be
mentions for learning science with resources for learning optional learning techniques for
academia, which is probably better than any on these techniques for grades. This document
is meant to be comprehensive and amazing. I am not the most qualified, as I didnt go to uni,
so I am academically and legally useless, but I will do my best. I know that people who will
read this will have a lot of placebo effect and latching unto the theories presented, but be
mindful.. Because citations are a nightmare in google docs, I will put them in brackets.

Who I am?
I am Lily, Known in Discord as Lily holmes and in reddit as Lily_The_Gay_Lord. I was
requested to write this for ages, and finally decided to start. I have been image streaming
and doing other cognitive improving techniques for a around 3-4 years. I am quite vocal in
channels regarding streaming, such as the reddit and discord.

what is IQ and intelligence discussions

first it is important to understand what our definitions are. we all heard of iq, and in a
sentence, iq approximates the G factor. the G factor is supposed to represent “intelligence”
(will come back to it later), the G factor is a single number, and is in theory applicable
towards a wide range of intelligence related activities.
G in theory can be understood like this:

(the intelligent brain the great courses)

mental abilities are the furthest from the G factor. these are things such as mental math,
speed of reading, ability to perfectly recall piano songs, etc. these mental abilities are
isolated, and have little correlation with each other.

the smaller circle is intelligence. Intelligence in cognitive research is the more everyday term.
saying that someone is smart is by definition not an iq score even though there is a
correlation. things such as debating ability, general education, long term memory, etc. the
definition of intelligence is rather broad and thats the point, when we say someone is smart
research refers to the intelligence circle.

iq is used as an approximation of the G factor. the G factor is a number calculated via

statistical reduction. that means that researchers found a cluster of characteristics that have
a high correlation with other activities that we find are related to intelligence. such as
learning speed problem solving across different disciplines etc. if we look at a large group of
people we are able to find one number that has a high correlation with success to other
things related to intelligence.
this means that someone can be talented at something and by definition it has no correlation
with their G factor. it can also mean that G can have a high variance in correlations to
peoples lives activities. G is a statistically derived number, thus found in nuance.

iq is an estimation of said number. you may have noticed that iq comprises a number of
subtests, thus you might find it weird that it can approximate G. the reasoning is the high
correlation in between iq subtests. As in working memory is highly correlated with fluid
reasoning verbal iq etc. however that does not mean a person cant have a wildly special
cognitive profile, that just means that in a statistical sense on a large group of people the
correlation is high enough to be considered a good estimation of G.

heritability is often misunderstood.

a lot of people misunderstand heritability to mean the variance in genetic influence, however
that is a common misunderstanding. Another common misunderstanding is 80% heritability.
the heritability of iq is usually cited as 80%, however that is debated. most modern sources I
seem to find argue 60-75(https://www.ed.ac.uk/institute-genetics-cancer/news-and-events/
news-2017/how-much-intelligence-personality-inherited), while some studies find 40 some
80.

second, heritability does not mean genetic influence. we currently have and probably will
never have any way to measure genetic influence by definition. the definition of heritability is:
the numerical estimation of the genetic contribution to the total variance within a group. that
does not mean genetic variance.

The theory of how we find this number is pretty simple: find the unaccounted-for variable
across a large number of people from the parents, thus we can conclude on the stickiness
variable from genetics. However, that does not actually mean genetic influence. if we
suddenly find a super food that is good for the brain, our iqs will rise across everyone,
however the heritability will remain similar. Similarly, if we take a bunch of babies from now,
and place them in a future civilization with our genes still present, we might find heritability
as close to 30-20%. the Flynn effect is an example, measuring our heritability from 70 years
ago will be similar to now, however the average iq of the world has increased by such a
drastic number that if we were to conclude from these 2 factors without any other
knowledge, we would conclude that iq is very lightly determined by genetics.

right now, the randomness variable is found across similarly situated twins that got
separated at birth, however that does not imply genetic variance.

A great example is ears and earrings. Ears are not genetically heritable as genes account for
nearly 0% of the variance within a group. As in genetics will almost never account for the
loss of an ear. However, earrings do have a heritability factor as the majority of people with
earrings are born female. Thus, a heritability calculation with find that those born female will
have a heritability correlation.

I get if it is hard for someone to wrap their head around the idea that having ears is less
heritably then earrings, however it makes sense when you consider that genetics are
meaningless by themselves. most males reading this have the genetics to develop breast
milk and breastfeed, while most females have the genetics to become gigachads. it is highly
likely that there are trans people right now in this server that are taking hormones and
experiencing this, or just being genetic flukes or intersex.

also, we cant meaningfully measure the heritability from a person to parent. that is by
definition impossible.

Case against and for predictive power of iq

Iq if often said to predict a lot of a persons life, which is true and false. First I want to talk
about issues in testing, second the actual predictive power of iq.

Point 1) Issues with testing. Iq testing is often treated with an unfair amount of accuracy that
is highly undeserved. Here are a couple of factors which can influence your test score:
1) motivation can account for up to 20 points in variance in some people while possibly even
more. Accounting for 5 or less in above average person and an average of 15 in the lower iq
group. This data has been highly replicated, some sources: https://www.nih.gov/news-
events/nih-research-matters/motivation-may-influence-iq-scores,
https://penntoday.upenn.edu/2011-04-28/latest-news/what-role-does-motivation-play-iq-
testing#:~:text=The%20first%20was%20an%20analysis,made%20up%20almost%20fifteen
%20points.

Worrying about taxes can influence iq by around 13 points:

https://www.princeton.edu/news/2013/08/29/poor-concentration-poverty-reduces-
brainpower-needed-navigating-other-areas-life

2 hours exposure to car gas impacts brain functions for up to hours later:
https://www.sciencealert.com/inhaling-car-fumes-can-change-a-brains-connectivity-in-just-2-
hours-study-finds

Long term exposure can cause impacts on cognitive performance on math and language
tests that equivalent to a year lost of education:
https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2018/aug/27/air-pollution-causes-huge-reduction-
in-intelligence-study-reveals

I can continue on forever. The point is clear: testing is flawed. A great example is the SAT.
the SAT, mainly the old one, is highly G loaded. However, anyone who has taken it knows
the potential variance. If your best performance is in the middle ranges, you know that a high
amount of variance to high average to low average to poor and great scores is possible due
to anxiety, luck, whether or not you had a breakup, and more. However, if you are in the high
end, or low end, you will need something extraordinary to score poorly, and vice versa. This
is my main case on iq being flawed within the middle ranges.

point 2) the predictive power of iq is often being misunderstood. Iq is highly correlated with
life success, however there is a high misunderstanding. While iq is a good predictor, it is not
on its own.

I will put a lot of my current data from this paper,

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4557354/. My reasoning for high trust in this
paper is that as a critique, most of its counter points come from the authors of the studies
doing the work in earlier years, thus bias is limited. As well as I found most modern cognitive
researchers agreeing with the general direction pointed to in this paper, debate is present,
however. A couple of citations are needed to get the point across:
another point from the paper is that a lot of tests, such as the Stanford binet, while having
high G correlation have bias in its measurement of school performance as it has a lot of
knowledge variance in it. The paper lays out a self-fulfilling prophecy of iq testing, where a
lot of iq tests measure in part school related activities. Even ravens known for being
culturally unbiased has a substantial fall into the education rabbit hole, as related to multiple
factors such as the familiarity with an academic environment. In the past, when it was widely
believed that black African Americans have lower iqs, a study that was repeated multiple
times that showed a shocking result. The average iq scores rated back then was about 70-
80, while this paper found no correlation when making the testing environment
nonacademic. The test givers were required to make sure the test takers have understood
the instructions clearly, and having a friendly and nonacademic pressure environment. Then
there was no significant difference between the groups.
Please note number III being important for our discussion. Newer studies only find a weak
correlation even in jobs such as biologist, retail manager, city circulation manager
(intimidating name) and the like. the o.3 correlation is also found in a lot of other newer
studies; however, more is never bad and variance is to be expected. The paper before even
mentioned that sampling error can account for 70% of the variance of a lot of studies. The
way around it is giving the maximum potential score using error correction, and other
sophisticated methods, and thus we can arrive at a reasonable conclusion. However, keep
this in mind as variance will always be present, thus we can only make general direction
predictions and specific data points are always environment specific.

Note: 0.3 is considered weak, 0.5/6-0.3 is medium and above is high.

Why iq is a good predictor then?

The reasoning is simple: if you have a high iq you are likely to have multiple other things that
are going for you, but, when you control purely for iq the correlation is small. A note of the
study on the above table is that high cognitively demanding jobs will inflate the correlation
with iq when self-esteem stress and other factors come into play. We already covered how
people usually do not perform their best iq score under stress, while higher iq scores do not
experience as much reduction. Thus, we can expect an ever-lower estimate however we
cannot judge the influence of such a thing with current data, and studies controlling or
accounting for such variables and small to nonexistent.

Then a perfectly good case can be made for iq, the iq proponents will say “yes, iq is a great
predictor of life success and required because it is a great correlator with other life factors.
The statistical likelihood of being a low iq biologist is really small even if iq solely is not a
great predictor”. While anti iq proponents will say “yes, this is a great case for environment.
Just like iq influences a lot of positive things in your environment, improving one aspect of
the environment often improves them all. Thus, we can all become biologists”. It is clear now
why iq debate has never been settled and will likely continue to be questioned and misused
for decades to come.

Image streaming and variants

If you suffer from hallucinations or psychosis read the section after that before
starting

Right now I will just give instructions for all of the variants of streaming. Starting with the
basic technique, verbal image streaming.

Image streaming is a cognitive exercise designed to improve intelligence and creativity. The
steps are as follows:
1) sit and wait for an image to show up in your visualization. If you cant visualize or have a
weak imagination, later section for you. The image is supposed to show up like a random
thought in the shower, not forced. Some tips for beginners who have a hard time getting
images include:
1) Repeat aloud or silently “I am seeing I am seeing”

2) go into a deeper state of relaxation. Section about relaxation techniques and

overview of the science will be explained further in the self hypnosis section.

3) if you want, to start the session, force yourself an image.

2nd step) start describing the image in deep detail the visual, auditory, scent, taste, and
touch aloud AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND AS IN DEPTH AS POSSIBLE. Further discussion
on describing aloud will be later. You also will want to describe in present tense, and use I
statements.

Footnote: depth > speed

2nd FN: speed is supposed to be built up to, most people cant go all in.

3) Repeat for a given amount of time.

But what does it mean to describe?

Here I will copy a reddit post made by me which explains the idea. The post is here:
I can answer that with a question. I will give you 2 pictures. one of them is just a cup, literally
you can say nothing more to describe it, but the other cup is complex and takes longer to
explain fully. what was actually the difference? the difference was what is called in
philosophy qualia. qualia is an experience, that as long as you didn't experience it before it's
impossible to understand. for example consciousness, the color red, the smell of metal, etc.
if I ask you to describe a sounds that you will encounter in real life, you can break it down in
terms of pitch, bass, etc, but you can't explain what pitch and bass sound like to someone
who didn't hear it. from now on I will use the term qualia to simply mean a fundamental
experience, such as a chair, because it's easier to write out and easier to understand.

Now, that isn't the full correct way to explain streaming. you don't want to break down
anything into the most fundamental qualia, but it brings me to my point. if you follow my
previous example of a cup, you can break it down into a round area in the bottom with a
round shell around it etc. however, the question is, do you actually need to in order for
someone else to see the same thing as you? in other words, if you simply said "cup", would
it add any further to explain that it is round in the bottom and stuff like that? no, because
someone who has the qualia of a cup doesn't need to hear it, and you had the experience of
a cup, so don't explain it. don't explain what isn't needed. but if the cup was special in some
way, explain it like that. if you saw a tiger, and there was nothing special about the tiger, just
say tiger. you don't need to explain that it has 4 legs etc, because someone who has the
qualia of a tiger will see the same thing as you. but if it has qualities that can change, like
eye color, explain it.

to further explain it in stuff like smell, break it down the same way, but stop at qualia's that
dont need further explanation. for example, if something smells like metal, just say metal. as
long as it isn't special and just smells like pure metal, you had the qualia of it, and anyone
else will have the same thing. the reason why we do this and don't break it down further isn't
because we cant, its because it will not be efficient. you can break everything down into its
centimeter by centimeter way, but if someone who has the qualia can understand it to a
point where explaining it further is useless, stop.

edit 12.7.23

a good argument can be made for qualias that are special to you. for example your specific
birthday cup you got at 7th grade will follow the same logic. as in it is perfectly intuitive and
makes sense for you, you saw it. I am reluctant to follow this advice, as from my experience
the obvious stuff can be weird to explain. you can see your birthday cup, and if you start to
explain it in further detail suddenly the image gets fuzzy, you cant explain it as easily as you
should have. it is a difficult balance to have, as the scale is complex. for example we all saw
a monopoly board, but explaining it is still challenging, it isnt a picture perfect memory. it isnt
like seeing your mothers face, and you can just say mother. the axiom from the previous
explanation follows, but the complexity needs to be acknowledged. experience of a qualia is
weird, I know what a monopoly board is the moment I see it, but did I look into each color,
each face, everything to make sure its one? no, I just know. the same thing applies when I
sometimes see a character from a video game that I really like, I can visualize it and think I
got it 100% right, because I didnt check every detail. once I do though, it gets complex. the
indicator isnt 100% all the time, however you should try to explain what you dont have the
picture perfect. I experience it every day so I already know it. I dont have a perfect formula,
but, if you can recognize something because you know every detail of it, like the most basic
cup in existence, dont explain it at all. non verbal allows you to go through these quickly
enough to not worry about it.
For people who cant visualize
People who cant visualize at all have a “condition” known as Aphantasia. Aphantasia is a
relatively new phenomenon in science, and I wont go into its science in this version of the
document, maybe added later. I will copy paste techniques for techniques visualization for
people who cant visualize from a website called UnchainMyBrain:

Recall: Recall a recent dream \ memory and begin describing that dream out loud even if
you cant see it. Describe the scene from memory. Keep describing and soon you’ll find
images appearing on your mental movie screen.

After-Image: Look at a candle (or any other not too bright light source). Stare at it for a few

seconds and then close your eyes.

You’ll see an after-image of that light source. Begin describing that image and it’ll soon

change and transform, grow in clarity.

Eye-Touch: Gently, I mean very gently, press with your fingertips onto your closed eyes.

After a few seconds, you’ll perceive some color sensations. Remove your fingers from your

eyes, and begin describing these color sensations.

The amount of time it takes to develop a mind eye for people with Aphantasia is unknown,

More advanced tips: you can do image streaming with your eyes open. you may also
walk while streaming. Walk streaming is one of the most underrated enchantments for any
streaming variant. Another cool addition to streaming is doing verbal streaming with key
words, such as instead of saying “I see a cup”, you will say “cup”.

How long for each session?

Seems like the most popular choice is to built up to around 45 minutes, usually with breaks,
however people do underestimate the gains even with just 20 minutes. Even though 20
minutes wont give the same result, it is still a great pick for people who want to just start or
going through a rough time and just want to build the habit. Consistency beats intensity in
streaming, because of a process called neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity is the process of
neurons in the brain forming new connections, which seems to be the key to intelligence.
Neuroplasticity has intensity of the training process as a factor, however consistency seems
to be exponentially more relevant in the medium to long term.
What to expect
There is a paid document called THECOMPLETEGUIDETOGENIUS, known in streaming
spaces as TCGTG which details some of the benefits for different time periods. While it is
not as comprehensive or doesn't give certain benefits justice, it is quite solid. I will use the
newer version which is the second version.

1-4 weeks time scale include:

1 Increase in the ability to formulate and extract ideas intuitively

2 Increase in reading ability, including reading speed and understanding
3 Increase in intellectual curiosity
4 Increase in visualizing ability
5 Increase in concentration span

As a personal note, I do believe that you gain more results from the 2-8 months period that
they list later in the 4 weeks mark, but it depends on the person.

This later advances to rapid and significant increases over the 2-8 months range in:
1 problem solving ability
2 intellectual creativity
3 intellectual diversity
4 memory, directly and through an onset of photographic ability
5 learning
6 rebutting
7 complexity of ideas and unique ways of thinking
8 overall feeling of mental smoothness and harmony in the mind
9 thorough dreams
10 the feeling of a quick and surreal flow of time

Most of the gains do appear in the sooner period of the 2-8 mark, however some results may
be “perfected” in the 8 month mark. However do keep in mind that this isn't a hard list, as it
can vary and probably will.

8-12:

1 Continuous presentation of convoluted ideas in your mind

2 Exceptional ability to absorb information

3 Exceptional ability to formulate information and ideas

4 Exceptional ease to construct a complicated argument

5 Mental ecstasy, which is a pleasant feeling of confidence created due the rapid flow of
thoughts

6 my addition, intense intuition and gut feelings

Tips on looking at the benefits

I encourage you to look at the results and think which ones are more in the verbal ability side
and which are more non verbal. A lot of the gains that will be most significant in your daily
life are verbal. It does seem like verbal intelligence is the best predictor of life success out of
the iq subsets(“understanding the profoundly gifted, Colleen Farrelly”), however it may
change with more rapid technologization.

General note on verbal ability

Talking about how to look at the benefits from before, I want to explain more on what verbal
reasoning is. When we hear that someone if proficient verbally, its hard to explain. People
say something along the lines of “ability to understand and utilize language”, but its quite
abstract. Stuff like countering arguments may require more creative thinking, which isnt
directly verbal reasoning. To explain the general idea, I will give an example.: “first, change
exists

Do you have to speak aloud?

People did see results from speaking with their inner voice, however it seems to be less
effective. There are solutions, which are more of ways to improve streaming in another
aspect. Some people tried to explain the images with other images, however keep in mind
that there isnt a lot of people doing or that have done it, but is a choice to try out, and keep
in mind it will lead to less verbal gains. Others did improve their inner voice streaming with
using key words. Using key words is a way to make inner voice more effective, and it should
counter some of the lack of benefits.

Theme streaming for psychosis and repeating images

In general with a few tweaks you can stream safely with psychosis. The problem with
psychosis and streaming is the state of waiting for any random image to come up, this state
can be dangerous. Therefore, from personal experience, there is a solution. Go to a random
word generator and pick 4-6 words, which will be your themes. Stare at the themes and just
wait for an image that is with these themes, whether its 1 of them or a combo. Its also good
for people whose images are repeating and are getting bored. Also, later QWS will be
mentioned, and its safe for psychosis. Other mental illness such as ocd or bipolar, I have no
knowledge of.
Non verbal image streaming variation
Non verbal image streaming is extremely similar to verbal image streaming, however it has
different advantages and it has a learning curve. Non verbal image streaming includes
processing the image more intuitively, without words. There is a lot of nuance here, however
to start we need to understand how to do it. I recommend something unorthodox, however it
seems to be extremely effective. Take 2 real life objects, and try to understand without
words the differences between the 2 objects. You will find it hard for senses that aren't sight,
however I find that its a good way to understand the intuition, as anyone can hopefully do it.
In doing non verbal, you will immediately understand the object in question just by putting
your attention on it, because you are human. if you spring your eye into a random location in
your area and focus on anything random without any planning, you will immediately
understand if its a cup or a chair or whatever it may be.

It is because you do it all the time, like when you look for keys, or make coffee, or whatever
you people do when you decide that you are going to open your eyes after you woke up
from deep and hopeless sleep filled with nightmares about the dude in the supermarket who
pushed you in line, that after you realize the general word for the object, you will want to try
to notice what is “special” about the object, which is the beauty of the comparison exercise,
as when you notice the differences you will notice things such as “this is rounder, this is
softer, this is dirty, this has random bulges, etc”. If you are confused on this specific detail in
non verbal, reread the section about what describing means.

In general, as a rule of thumb, just try to understand the image without any words, just like
you would do it for any real object.

benefits

Thinking with meaning is the main benefit of NV, which is also hard to explain. If you think
with images or words, you dont actually think with the images or words, however with their
meanings. Each image or phrase has a meaning, and you simply think with the meaning.
Sometimes you will have an inner voice or an image, however it isnt the norm. Its nearly
impossible to fully explain, however I will give an exercise to give the idea. Pick a random
phrase, such as “this book is really cool and amazing omg”, now repeat it in your head with
your inner voice, now faster, now faster, again and again. At some point, it will feel like you
cant even hear it, you just know it. Thats the main idea. This leads to faster linear conscious
thinking.

In general, long term verbal use has extremely similar gains as nv, however nv seems to be
easier to stay focused with for most people, it gives faster gains however it will lead to the
same results in general.
Further elaboration on the theoretical side

There are 5 main stages to streaming(worked on it with Eilon Choen facebook. he isnt active
online anymore, probably with ur mom. Or are you part of the plague called british and u
write mum?):

spontaneous imagery

pre-conscious processing

conscious acknowledgment/reinforcement

intuitive processing

full conscious processing

This is for ims(image streaming) to be clear, not other variants. Each step can be done
individually with all the steps below added. Think of it like a ladder, you can step as high as
you like but you pass all the other steps. Further experimentation on that front will lead to a
better understanding of streaming, and I encourage others to engage in it.

The first 3 stages can be understood and isolated as such: you get an image, which is the
first step. You start to zoom in on the image and its details, or just stare for extra detail like
staring at a coin until its details become more apparent, which is part of stage 2 because you
are asking your subconscious to add details to the image, in other words preconscious
processing. The reason why its also the 3rd step is more complex. Imagine that you want to
have more “random thoughts” in the day, you may write out random thoughts and you will
write more and more as time passes. This is similar to streaming as the images are
representations of your creative process in some way, will be detailed later in the creativity
section of the streaming gains, and when you consciously zoom in you are reinforcing it in a
similar way to describing it aloud, just less. Doing that alone isnt as non beneficial as it will
seem, however it isnt optimal streaming.

Intuitive processing can be developed further using a variation called intuitive streaming, that
again me and Eilon developed together, but I often take the credit as he posted it online but I
helped more, he isnt active online, and I am cooler so…

Anyways intuitive streaming involves training your connection to your intuition. Its actually a
form that will have a big amount of benefit even done alone. The way its done is all the steps
of ims, however, when you get to describing the image you do something different. You sit
and wait for images, sensations, smells, analogies, whatever your mind will come up with to
explain the image. For example, staring at the entire image that has a cabin in it at once and
waiting can lead to a cabin making you get a popped image of a childhood story about
cabins, etc. it can be creative, but you generally aim for sensory input or analogies. as a key,
you want to wait for an explanation for 1 sense at a time in its entirety, not at each object or
each smell alone.

As for its gains, better intuition, more “insight” thinking, explained further in qws section,
better focus, and the general gains of ims. Intuition however needs to be explained further,
as it isnt just gut feelings, it can be understood as any process that you are not conscious of
and that later you become conscious of. Such as the speed at which you add 2+3, it isnt as
conscious as 62*61, 2+3 happens automatically. Intuitive streaming will train this automatic
process and the speed at which things become automatic. However, its highly probable that
another form of streaming will be needed to develop better attention to detail, as its the main
downside. Also, this form of streaming isnt very well tested yet.

QWS(quantum wave streaming)

That is a more advanced form of streaming. The steps are as follows:

1) describe a real life object, and attempt to notice an image that will come up while
explaining it. Dont search for it, but attempt to notice it as it comes. If it doesnt come move
unto the other senses of the object

2) combine the real and imaginary into one. For example, a water bottle and a snake can be
a snake eating it, a snake inside, etc. glasses and armor can be armored glasses, stuff like
that. In general, you want the combination to be as complex as possible.

3) explain it as usual.

If an image doesnt appear, either explain the same object again or move to another one.

Non verbal still applies.

Benefits:
Most of the benefits of ims are still present, however intuition and insight thinking are
increased exponentially, as well as visuospatial reasoning.

To elaborate on insight thinking and intuition, I will look into meditation. Open monitoring
meditation is a form of meditation which in our context, trains insight thinking(Ostafin and
Kassman, 2012). Insight thinking is when an idea or something similar just appears out of no
where, no conscious effort, it just comes. This style of thinking is obviously faster, and when
looking at anecdotes of geniuses in the 160+ range, it seems to be the typical way of
thinking, called spiral thinking in some research. This doesnt mean a direct correlation,
however its implied. This type of thinking is also associated with higher fluid
reasoning(Insight problem solving, fluid intelligence, and executive control: A structural
equation modeling approach), higher divergent thinking(Creative thinking & insight tests
measure the same processes: Is creative thinking simply insight? Shireen Parimoo), etc. it
has its limits, as it seems like solution accuracy is reduced, in other words it provides a
logically consistent solution but not the expected one of a test. Qws trains this type of
thinking, while also being a general streaming exercise.

MDQWS(multi dimensional quantum wave streaming)

Mdqws is considered the most advanced exercise in terms of intensity. It has 2 key
differences between it and general streaming, it focuses on comparing and similarities, and
adding more and more things to make the visualization more complicated. Credit to andyC
or Earnest Violet for the following steps:
Verbal MDQWS:
1. Choose an object in your immediate surroundings
2. Allow an image to emerge in the same fashion as IMS
3. Compare the visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, olfactory, gustatory features of each in
detail and as articulately as possible.
4. Choose another object from your immediate surroundings
5. Compare the visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, olfactory, gustatory features of the new
object with the first object and first image in detail and as articulately as possible.
6. Allow an image to emerge in the same fashion as IMS
7. Compare the visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, olfactory, gustatory features of the new
image with the first object, first image and second object in detail and as articulately
as
possible.
...
n. Compare the new object/image with every object and image thus far analyzed.

Non verbal seems to be extremely more effective for that. To understand the benefits, I will
copy 3 streaming legends explaining the benefits of this form from personality cafe:

andy C: MDQWS is not a very useful form of streaming, though this is the case only in the
short term < about 4 months.

It seems to only help with high cognitive performance, but without the necessary intuition of
its depth. Contrasting this is normal streaming or normal QWS, probably walk streaming just
because walk streaming is much more effective. These forms lead to a 'holistic' growth,
whereby you can apply the new skills learnt widely and appropriate their use according to
your experience with them. MDQWS can not be applied widely so it is not the same, and
ends up not being that useful.

However, at some point the normal forms of streaming will bring the individual to a point
MDQWS could help you reach for short bursts. At this point, experience with MDQWS would
be very useful, as the processes of analysis used could accelerate your progress when you
reach this point.
I'd say doing MDQWS should be done if you're thinking of doing streaming consistently for
over 4 months, and it will greatly accelerate your growth once you reach that point. But being
a heavy exercise, one should be cautious to only do small amounts of MDQWS to avoid
burning out and focus on other forms of streaming.

Linkzelda: To further add this explains the mental shutdown I had when I would MDQWS. If
IMS causes hyperawareness, MDQWS was LLI on steroids. You;d be so awake and notice
things in so much detail. Then came the dull crash where my mind had enough and it shut
down with an itchy frontal lobe and foggy thinking. It may be I was not ready for MDQWS
because of the brain fog and the lethargy than follows after 4-5 hours, but if used here and
there it may prove to cause greater boosts than IMS. I will go back to MDQWS for a short
period and re-incorporate it. If I can read minds and levitate i;ll be sure to take videos lol ;)

genius overlord the legend: The objective of MDQWS is to stretch your conscious
awareness as far as possible with as much detail as possible. This is problematic, because
the way our mind operates, Focus=objections-the elimination of other objects. Thus, in order
to factor in as many variables as possible, the quality of the image and its vividness would
be diluted. Therefore, MDQWS is supplementary to IMS where there is one focal point. Allow
me to illustrate, if MDQWS=(s1s2s3s4)Ont IMS=S1 and QWS=(s1*s2). S= the perceptual
simulation you run, the external world is one which operates in your head(for simplicity
sake).

so when you return to IMS the session would be more potent

Now I move on to perceptual streaming or intuitive analysis, this is where the link between
sanity and insanity is slim. Because your brain is bombarded with too much data, it will
develop heuristics. This transfers into greater perceptual abilities and increased levels of
differentiation which cannot be matched with normal analysis. At this point the difference
between analysis and differentiation is marked. Allow me to illustrate. S1=black cup(smells
like fresh ceramic with a slight burnt remnant lurking in the air=BC) S2=metal wind(sounds
like bees pounding against a metal bell with a waterfall sound in the background=MD) sp
how do you compare and contrast BC with MD? you form a synthesis= BC)BMCD(MD--
BMCD= Purple like snowflake with water like properties but disintegrates in the air like
ashes, the textural surface vibrates and morphes like waves and its 4D nature is in contrast
to the 2D nature of MD. The more you delve into this the weirder it gets and you begin to
smell colors, hear the smell of water splashing etc, this is all done intuitively in seconds.

Pure synthesis
Pure synthesis is the same as mdqws, however its just the synthesis part. This develops the
synesthesia, which will be later looked into in terms of benefits without too much stimulation
or LLI. From my experimentation, you will see improved general recall and increased
working memory, but myself I have found that sometimes I had extreme emotional reactions
to random sensory inputs, however this was without any other streaming so maybe doing
ims will keep you grounded.

edit: 6.8.23

I found that this explanation is quite bad. the idea, as evolved in the synesthesia section on
gains, is that areas of the brain which hold many senses inputs at the same time are
correlated with synesthesia if they are highly connected, however they seem to have other
benefits as detailed above in what the gains I experienced are. you want to pick a physical
and imagery object like in mdqws, pick a number of items in the senses that with practice
you will increase, such as the smell of leather and taste of metal and the shatter sound of
glass, and then find a image or object that satisfies all the senses. for the example I gave
you could say a horse that carries glass, it has leather metal on where you put your legs and
glass that will shatter, but you need to challenge yourself to make the object as simple as
possible, for example a leather box with a metal keyhole that has glass inside of it, you could
probably do it simpler if you try more but save it for your streams! as a bonus I recommend
that each object you find that associates them add to your imagery object list, reinforces the
creation process.

Thought streaming

Thought streaming is a form of streaming developed by brandon woodson, one of the

highest and more advanced streamers that are known on the internet. I will let him explain
his ideas in his own words:

*** Image Streaming (and Image Streaming Variants) F.A.Q. ***

(Continually updated in response to need. Last update: 09/07/16)

Q1: What is image streaming?

A1: Image streaming is a mental exercise devised by Win Wenger. In brief, image streaming
can be characterized as a cross between Einsteinian "deep thought" experients and Socratic
questioning.

By capitalizing on strengths of tools faithfully used by great thinkers for tapping creative and
intellectual potential, image streaming develops one's ability to harness the power of
synthetic mind for personal enrichment.

Image streaming (in short) is practiced in 5 basic steps:

1). Find a quiet, relaxing setting and close your eyes.

2.) Begin to notice sensory impressions of the mind.

3.) Describe those impressions rapidly in fully sensory detail. (Project Renaissance
recommends describing these "streams" of sensory experience to either a tape recorder or
human listener)
4.) Continue this process for 10 minutes or another predesignated length of time.

5.) Summarize the session by reviewing your insights and possibly relating them through
another medium (such as writing in a journal)

More information on image streaming can be found at:

http://www.winwenger.com/imagestr.htm

-----------------------------------------------------------

Q2: I often hear about other forms of image streaming; are there other ways of performing
image streaming?

A2: Yes, inspired by its original form, image streaming has evolved into a variety of
exercises. Many of these exercises share key similarities, but it is important to distinguish
between variants of image streaming, for practice of each produces widely different effects.

Important variants include image streaming, advanced image streaming, quantum wave
streaming, and thought streaming. Each is performed differently and offers distinct practice
benefits.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Q3: What is thought streaming?

A3: Thought streaming is a form of image streaming which aims to develop profound analytic
capability.

Unlike image streaming, which mostly describes concrete sensory impressions, thought
streaming describes a fuller range of cognitive phenomena, including highly abstract
thought.

Because thought streaming is intended to integrate low-level cognitive processes which

often escape articulation by normal image streaming into the light of full awareness, thought
streaming depends on a specialized language of its own.

This specialized language is richly conceptual and flexible enough to accommodate an

unusually wide range of abstractions.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Q4: What is the specialized language of thought streaming?

A4: The specialized language of thought streaming derives from a script of ontological
categories - known as relational frames in some research.

Ontological categories are the cogs of human cognition. They are also at the heart of all
language. Humans use them everyday rapidly and continuously, could not think or use
language without them.

Nine basic ontological categories (ALL, DIFFERENCE, ACTION, DIVISION, CONNECTION,

UNFOLDMENT, PROJECTION, ENCOMPASSMENT, COMPLETION) give birth to a full set
of 27 ontological categories used in thought streaming.

-----------------------------------------------------------
Q5: How is this specialized language specifically used in thought streaming?

A5: Keeping in mind that thought can be divided by two basic features, concreteness and
abstractness, thought streaming enables description with the specialized language of both
the concrete and abstract properties of thought.

Just as ordinary image streaming describes properties of concrete mental content and
phenomena, thought streaming describes logical relationships of concrete & abstract
phenomena and content.

Rather than saying, "I see in my mind's eye an apple, and it looks like X, feels like Y, smells
like Z...", one might say, "the apple is contained by the room in which it is located. It has the
logical property of containment, which relates to the ontological category of
ENCOMPASSMENT, or "the contour of the apple which sits next to a pear in my mind's eye
is different from that of the pear. The difference in shape logically relates to the ontological
category of DIFFERENCE."

Logical relationships, properties which allow us to make sense of reality, are described
strictly in terms of ontological categories in the thought-streaming process. Ontological
categories, by name, are used as descriptors just as ordinary-language descriptions of
sensory detail are used in image streaming.

The key to solid progress with thought streaming is fluency. Rapid descriptions using
ontological categories results in the quickest and greatest results.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Q6: Where can I get more information on the ontological categories?

A6: https://groups.google.com/forum/...

**Update** (September 7, 2016)

As promised, here are examples of the ontological categories in the context of a thought-
streaming session. Hopefully, this will better clarify the ideas that, admittedly, were poorly
communicated in the linked Google Groups post.

I start here with a very brief and parsimonious explanation of the categories, then move to
what is only a short IS/QWS transcript to first make the writing reader-friendly, then analyze
as TS content using the categories.

Each of the 9 categories mentioned above, due to its subjugation to language, necessarily
abides by a duality. This means, quite simply, that each category - or principle, if you will -
has (under this script) two inseparable "perspectives" from which it can be viewed. This
concept might become more clear in the cursory descriptions below.

ALL - ONE - EVERY

Any "thing" that is subject to logic and language is at once a unit and an aggregate; a whole
and a collection of copies.

DIFFERENCE - IS - IS NOT

Any logical thing is known through distinction. Identity utterly depends on what something is
and is not.
ACTION - CAUSE - EFFECT

Any logical thing is, or is a result of, cause and effect.

DIVISION - SEPARATION - REMOVAL

Division entails separation from a "global" perspective and removal from a "local"
perspective.

CONNECTION - NODE - LINK

All logical connections consist of that which connects and that which is connected.

NUMEROSITY - MULTIPLICITY - CONCENTRATION

The act of changing an amount looks like multiplication from an "aggregate" viewpoint and
concentration from a "whole-unit" viewpoint.

CONTAINMENT - CONTAINER - CONTENT

All logical instances of containment involve that which contains and that which is contained.

PROJECTION - INFINITY - INFINITESIMAL

Projection, in absence of obstruction, tends toward infinitesimality from a ONE perspective

and infinity from an EVERY perspective.

COMPLETION - SUFFICIENCY - LIMIT

Completion implies having enough and not too much; or perfection.

IS/QWS:

"I see the main character of a video game I played as a child. The (relatively) old age of the
title is apparent as I can see boxy pixels in the visual. I hear the theme song, also showing
signs of its time in its aged "Game Boy Sound System" quality. I see a leather couch
associated with a recent moment of nostalgia-prompted reminiscence. I sat on the couch,
indirectly facing the bright light of a shiny black floor lamp to my 10 o'clock (the direction). It
was near, if not past, midnight, and I slightly tired. I remember the emotional warmth of that
moment. All was well. I felt slightly "high" from having just finished a TS-MDS* session. I feel
the considerable wear of the old brown leather beneath me. It's cool and smooth, except
where it breaks into cracks. White threads peek out from areas of the greatest wear where
this is, visually, most evident. The couch's very faint leather scent is familiar and comforting."

(*TS = thought-streaming, or elsewhere thought streaming; MDS = multi-dimensional

streaming, another very exciting improvement on QWS (quantum wave streaming) that was
reportedly envisioned, and first described to me, by Bernardo de Machiavelli, a fellow
member of this group)

Below, in finding the appropriate categories, I look for and give priority to what I consider at
the time as the most prominent features of the object being described.

TS:

"I (ALL) see (ACTION) the (ALL) main (CONNECTION) character (CONTAINMENT,
DIVISION) of (CONTAINMENT) a (DIVISION) video game (ACTION) I (ALL) played
(ACTION) as (CONNECTION) a (DIVISION) child (NUMEROSITY). The (ALL) relatively
(CONNECTION) old age (PROJECTION, NUMEROSITY) of (CONTAINMENT) the (ALL)
title (DIVISION) is (DIFFERENCE) also (ALL) apparent (ACTION) as (ACTION) I (ALL) can
(CONTAINMENT) see (ACTION) boxy (ALL) pixels (DIVISION) in (CONTAINMENT) the
(ALL) visual (ACTION)."

To elaborate some, I'll use a few word-category pairings, starting with the first word of the
first sentence of above, "I", which reminds me of the "first person", or consciousness, or the
singular medium among elements of perception. Because it reconciles, I categorized it as
ALL. Because, continuing to the next word, "seeing" is primarily an action, I characterized it
as ACTION. Proceeding still, omitting redundant examples and explanations: "The" as ALL
because of its oneness, its singularity. "Main" as CONNECTION as it refers to centrality.
"Character" as CONTAINMENT for the attributes it contains and as DIVISION for its
individuality. "Of" as CONTAINMENT due to its possessive nature. "A" as DIVISION for its
nondescript individuality. "Video game" as ACTION for its commonality with all games of
involving doing something. "Played" as ACTION because it primarily is one. "As" as
CONNECTION because it links "I" and "child". "Child" as NUMEROSITY as a standout
feature of childhood is age represented in number.

I should make a few notes about the activity of mapping into ontological categories at this
point:

First is that perfection is virtually unattainable. The goal should be to stress the mind with
thinking in such strict categories as a means of learning to differentiate semantically and
training the intuition to pick up on connections with significantly less effort.

Second is that scale is, as might be apparent by now, a huge factor. You can categorize an
entire sentence using only a single ontological category if you choose, or you can model a
single insignificant word in 100 ontological categories; the choices in this regard are highly
discretionary. Do not be discouraged or overwhelmed in choosing from a potential
inundation of directions in which to proceed and of places from which to proceed. Ideally, the
universe of description content you will encounter is messy and winding. The idea is to stay
busy, to overload, and eventually become fluent.

(Again, perfection is not the object here.)

Third is, because there are so many properties to any given perception, many of your
categorizations will be fairly idiosyncratic. This is fine so long as the aim is a faithful
reproduction of your subject.

To that last point, I didn't elaborate on each pairing, nor did I pair every word from the first
excerpt out of concerns for concision, nor did I use every category in the above examples,
nor did I actually consult the old write-up to get the ARCHETYPAL-INNER-OUTER
sequences perfectly ordered. I hope that in spite of these arguable deficiencies, which are
largely due to lack of motivation and personal time constraints, the point behind the
ontological categories in TS is sufficiently made. Please, however, feel free to comment for
further elaboration on anything I've posted in the pairings above, or to even post or message
me your own TS transcripts for critique.

Q7: What are some potential advantages of thought streaming?

A7: Improvements in reasoning ability. Large gains in fluid intelligence as measured by I.Q.
tests. Improvements in verbal ability. Better recall. Enhanced mathematical ability.
-----------------------------------------------------------

Q8: Is there any proof that thought streaming works?

A8: Right now, research on relational frame theory is the closest source of evidence for the
efficacy of thought streaming to my knowledge.

Many interventions based on similar technology produced I.Q. gains of up to 30 points in

children.

https://www.psychologytoday.com/.../tpr-vol61-no2-cassidy...

The full potential and limitations of such interventions on general cognition beyond the
implications of such studies will be unknown and speculative until more studies are
conducted and published.

Note: the study on the 30 iq point increase will be explained on in an RFT section,
however it isnt the full story and dont take it as such.

Improvements and general ideas

First off, not many people are experienced with this streaming form. However, it does seem
to land results, but not for everyone all the time. For example for me, I did see results in the
past, and so did others, however a small amount of people didnt. It seems like in very high
level streaming the results diminish or not noticed, however some did find improvements.
The general gains provided are accurate, however if you are already in a very high level of
streaming, it seems like the results diminish. But it doesnt mean its without merit, as I will
explain now.

The idea of training awareness of ontological categories in general seems to improve a very
important aspect of intelligence, which is realizing when 2 things are different and therefore a
better understanding of their relation. The most noticeable thing in your normal life will
probably be less “correlation causation” fallacy. In simple words, when you are more aware,
even intuitively, of the relationships deep in your cognition, you are better at using them and
making less mistakes when using them.

A variation that is an improvement of TS is IMTS, image-thought streaming, is a variation

where you explain the image in an ims fashion, and you attempt to notice ontological
categories while explaining the image, without consciously looking for it. Anyone can do
ontological categories “non verbally”, it doesn't take any practice. The idea is to train your
intuition to notice it, in other words the thought streaming benefits, just more. In general, it
seems like its a boost to ims in general and giving an emphasis on the gains of thought
streaming, and its probably the most effective ims form, however only I am experienced with
it to my knowledge.
Non verbal thought streaming didn't give me many benefits, however doing intuitive
streaming with thought streaming may be beneficial.

Another variation I found extremely beneficial is intuitive thought streaming, you simply do
thought streaming non verbally, but you focus and wait, thinking “I wonder what ontological
category will arise next? I found faster and extremely accurate logical thinking.

As a very important note, using ontological categories when doing mdqws is a great
addition and even the creator of TS and MDQWS did it.

When to move to another variant and burnout + recovery

Burnout is probably a weird term for you, however because of high cortisol and high
neurological stimulants it can cause headaches in minor burnout. If you continue the same
way for a long time, you may experience hallucinations, some ocd symptoms, adhd, a
burning sensation in your forehead, inability to think, filking out and back to states of mind,
feeling disconnected to reality etc. dont worry, if you arent stupid it wont happen to you. It did
happen to me tho… but dont worry from minor burnout and a headache, its fine and a sign
to take a small break.

There is another streaming term called recovery, which is easily understood as coming back
to normal after a lot of cortisol and increasing neuroplasticity. Things such as exercise, diet,
etc are great, and there are other ones that are possibly better and dont require as much of
a lifestyle change. First is meditation, pick whichever one you want, as long as its relaxing its
good. Binaural beats will be covered later, however its also an amazing tool to get you into
specific brain wave states, it can also help you fall asleep quickly. I recommend delta waves
and doing self hypnosis, which is actually the sleeping brainwave, it will be added later to
this document but for now google self hypnosis, and yes its possible to be in delta waves
while awake. One of the best tools is buteyko, which I wont cover in detail the science of
now but it is extremely effective. You are welcome to check this sub reddit post out to learn

Theories on benefits
The default mode network and the theory

First we must talk about meditation variants. There are 2 main ones in meditation,
observation meditation and focused meditation. Observation is usually called open
monitoring meditation. Open monitoring meditation is similar to intuitive streaming, you sit
and wait, with extreme focus and curiosity, “I wonder what thought will arise next”, its
extremely similar to streaming image generation. Focused meditation can be thought of as
the description section of streaming, as we are focusing of description.

This idea is extremely abstract, however I will try my best to explain it. The creativity process
in science, as a broad overview, can be thought of like this:
Generator, this is purely subconscious, its our brain just coming up with ideas all the time.

The filter, this is a part that filters out what seems irrelevant or not logically consistent. Focus
is actually a filter acting stronger in some sense.

The explorer, this is our conscious brain working.

(The Circuitry of Creativity: How Our Brains Innovate Thinking, Alison Koontz)

It seems like the idea that certain drugs improve creativity is a rhetorical commonplace,
however the way in which it is done is important. It seems like certain drugs improve
creativity by reducing the salience networks activity, or the filter, and not by improving the
default mode network. By streaming “random” images we are strengthening the DMN and
reducing the salience network, which thereby improves creative thinking. Also as a general
note, bigger DMN’s seem to play a role in long term memory(Default Mode Network
Complexity and Cognitive Decline in Mild Alzheimer’s Disease).

Its highly probable that there are other theories about subconscious and conscious
connections, and further research is required and will be done in the future, but this is a first
draft.

Insight thinking’s benefits were elaborated on in the qws section, and insight thinking is
associated with DMN activity.

20-4-2023
More information on DMN activity: the DMN is highly active during rest, however it is also
active during active focus, and more so in some profoundly gifted individuals, more creative
thinkers, etc. the DMN is highly active during rest after learning in associative learning, in
other words making background connections during rest, therefore leading to higher memory
consolidation and deeper learning, higher insights, and spatial navigation tasks.

the DMN and working memory is an area of active research, however some points are
important to mention. There are 3 phases for working memory tasks, 1) encoding, 2) can be
thought of as memorization, 3) retravel. Higher DMN activity during the “memorization” stage
is lower, however the DMN is associated with the encoding and retravel phases (The Default
Mode Network and the Working Memory Network Are Not Anti-Correlated during All Phases
of a Working Memory Task). NOTICE THAT IT DOES NOT FOLLOW THAT IMPROVED
DMN ACTIVITY DUE TO STREAMING WILL LEAD TO A SIGNIFICENT WORKING
MEMORY, but some improvement in likely, also there are multiple working memories. There
is some for spatial, for verbal ,etc.

More detail on specific science of spatial navigation may be added later, it is still unknown
how much detail this document will go into. The curios ones of you I will now link a video,
and when I posted it in the discord I wrote and I quote, just, brilliant. if someone doesnt
watch this even if they saw this message they are sub human:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9qOaII_PzGY

Some mediation variations is also associated with higher DMN activity when rest, however
less when actively focusing. As a general note, have good sleep. The same things relate to
sleeping well. Meditation drastically also improves sleep quality, so streaming + meditation =
good, however the DMN’s activity during sleep is an area of active research.

Its important to note that DMN activity is also associated with contemplating the past and
future, general mind wandering when not focusing etc(Wikipedia).

The salience network should also be mentioned more. The salience network can be divided
into 2 parts: 1) error correction, 2) emotional processing and social cognition. The role of
error correction can be thought of as a process which eliminates stupid ideas from the DMN,
but also play a role in error correction when actively thinking, such as thinking about chess
positions. It also plays a role in attention regulation. Focus related training and improved
concentration spans also leads to an “improved” salience network, improved can be thought
of as many ways neuroscientifically but we will limit our focus to the word improved.

when focus related training, higher streaming times, or other things that require a lot
of focus the salience network needs to work harder to keep our focus, as it’s one of
the salience networks roles, but it also has to you know, be good. thus a combination
of both increased DMN activity and a need for high salience network activity can lead
to increased error correction, which will translate into better logic etc. its possible
however that I will be wrong here, its theoretical. I think that it’s a reasonable
conclusion, but in experimental science everything needs to be checked. There is
little evidence for it, as seen in research on error correction and open monitoring
meditation(On Variation in Mindfulness Training: A Multimodal Study of Brief Open
Monitoring Meditation on Error Monitoring).

We can also possibly theorize better social and emotional processing, however it’s a
possible stretch, as the brain regions responsible for error correction and emotional\social
cognition are not the same. However its highly likely that improved white matter may lead to
such benefits, but the extent is unknown and you should not consider streaming as a
solution to your incel or psychopathy problems.

General note, GeniusOverlord aka bernardo theorized that having the brain filter out so
many images may lead to reduced energy levels, but most streamers actually find higher
energy levels. However I do agree that for me personally energy levels have more lower
lows and higher highs, but the lower lows arent as bad as they sound.

Leading from that we can see multiple benefits for intuitive streaming, specifically in the error
correction section. Intuitive streaming theoretically should be highly active in the DMN area,
but also be presented to more conscious areas such as the central active network, with high
accuracy, which must come from the salience network. One of the reasons this took so long
to post is testing in intuitive streaming that I am still doing, I really noticed that, just highly
increased error correction. Even just doing something mindlessly, like for me sometimes its
playing Tetris mindlessly and watching a video at the same time, I increased my Tetris ability
in like a sudden jump with intuitive streaming alone. This is still in testing I will post deeper
experiences of th.

synesthesia

Synesthetes are shown to have better working memories in the area at which they have
synesthesia, and actually in other WM(working memory) areas(Working memory, situation
models, and synesthesia

Gabriel A Radvansky 1, Bradley S Gibson, M Windy McNerney). Its also linked with better
long term memory(news medical, Do Synesthetes Have Better Memory?), and generally a
higher iq(Personality and cognitive profiles of a general synesthetic trait Romke Rouw 1, H
Steven Scholte 2). There are multiple theories, however one thing is clear, there can be
multiple reasons for many people. 1 interesting theory for us is that synesthesia can be
explained in some cases by higher connectivity between the regions of the brain handling
multiple senses at the same time, which isnt a reach to say that its developed in streaming.
Another explanation is generally a connection between single sensory brain regions, such as
visual to auditory, and streaming seems to improve these two as well.

We can deduce and assume 1 strong idea: since there are people who don't experience
synesthesia all the time, but sometimes, and its actually a large percentage, the mere
existence of these brain connections means a higher WM, and the general cognitive
benefits, which is trained in streaming.
