Sir/Madam:

We would like to inform you that a thorough evaluation of your account

was conducted by NHA. Findings show that the collection efficiency of your
association has considerably dropped which resulted in huge arrearages for the
association. The Authority therefore finds it in the best interest of everyone to
individualize your community account.

Nais po naming ipaalam sa inyo na ang NHA ay nagsagawa ng masusing pag-

aaral ng inyong account. Napatunayan na sa pag-usad ng panahon, ang koleksiyon
para sa buwanang bayarin sa lupa ay lubhang bumaba na naging sanhi ng malaking
pagkakautang para sa asosasyon. Dahil dito, minarapat ng NHA na magsagawa ng
loan individualization para sa kapakanan ng lahat.

In view hereof, NHA hereby formally CANCELS your award and shall now
be taking charge of the disposition of the individual lots through lot individualization.
All the CA members shall be properly informed of the procedures to be followed for
individual awards.
 Dahil dito, pormal ng KINAKANSELA ng NHA ang inyong award. Ang NHA
na rin ang mangangasiwa sa pamamahagi na mga indibidwal na lote sa
pamamagitan ng loan individualization. Ipapaabot ng NHA sa lahat ng mga kasapi
ng asosasyon ang paraan ng pag-apply para sa kanilang award.
