2 How to read this manual

2.1 Safety-related signs

The following table explains the safety-related signs used in this document.

DANGER indicates a hazard with a high level of risk which, if not


DANGER avoided, will result in serious injury or death.

WARNING indicates a hazard with a medium level of risk which, if


WARNING not avoided, could result in serious injury or death, or damage to
your machine.

CAUTION indicates a hazard with a low level of risk which, if not


CAUTION avoided, could result in minor or moderate injury, or damage to your
machine.

NOTE: Notes are used to indicate important information and useful tips.
