Ship Company must post at all times this agreoment is valid in visible location on the bridge of the ship. 2. Ship Company shall, in principle, request serve call to IRC of JRC's designated service stations. However, in case emergency repair by other than IRC or JRC’s stations in required, Ship Company may carry out the repair on Ship Company's account and shall notify JRC of the result of any repair. 3. JRC shall notify Ship Company if « important change occurs on the JRC service station list (SCHEDULE B) delivered to Ship Company. ‘Clause 2 (SERVICES) 1. Ship Company may request JRC to inspect, repair or replace Equipment or to provide other technical assistance. JRC, subject to IRC’s acceptance fo such request, will provide the following services under the consent of Ship Company; (1) to arrange an inspection, xepair ot technical service at one of the place indicated in SCHEDULE B. (@) if on-board repair made by the on-board personnel is necessary and such repair is possible, to advise, support and lead the ship, 5 petsonnel designated by Ship Company, by means of telephone, telex or telefax, in order to help the on-board personnel to ‘derect and repair the Equipment reported to be defective ; or (9) Af such service as set orth In (1) oF (2) above Is not available, to errange the dispatching of the necessary spares or subunits 1n ‘order that repairs or replacement which wil take place in ports where JRC's service is not available can be cartied out. 2. Clause 3 (LIABILITY) 1. JRC shall hear no lability, whatcoeuee, for any eacequance of a heesldawn or failure of the Eqnipment to which IRC ar ite agent rendered any service including inspection, repair or replacement hereunder or for any cosequent loss, expense or damage thereof sustained by Ship Company concerning the Equipment. 2. Ship Company shall indemnify and hold JRC harmless for any claim, action, damage, lisbility, or expense to any person or ropecty arising from any injury or death of any person or from general average, salvage or stowase. 3. JRC Shall not be liable to Ship Company for any failure or delay in any service, activity or performance hereunder. Clause 4 (TERMINATION) ‘This Agreement may be terminated by JRC upon any of the following events: 1. In the event of ship being sold or los. Ship Company shall inform IRC within 15 days of such event. 2. Insolvency, bankruptcy, liquidation or appointment of a receiver of Ship Company/operator. ‘3.
