Are there any restrictions on cover?

garages. Also, we can’t supply one if your car is stolen or written off, unless you’ve taken out optional hire car cover.
Loss or damage: we will pay up to the market value of your car at the time.
NCD protection: protecting your NCB does not protect the overall price of your policy, which is subject to change.
Excesses: you will be liable for the first part of your claim. This amount will be confirmed in your schedule.

Where am I covered?

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man
We will provide the cover shown on your Certificate of Motor Insurance for a maximum of 90 days during a policy
year in any country which is a member of the European Union as well as Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Serbia, Andorra
and Liechtenstein. After 90 days, we will provide the minimum legal cover required in these countries.

What are my obligations?

You must take reasonable care to give us honest, accurate and complete information whenever we ask for it,
including when you apply for cover.
You must tell us without delay if any information that you provided when taking out this policy is incorrect or
changes, including convictions.
You must fulfil the terms, provisions, conditions and clauses of this policy.
You must tell us about any accident, injury, loss or damage as soon as possible and within 48 hours, so that we can
advise about what to do next to resolve your claim.
You must not admit that any accident is your fault or attempt to negotiate with the other party without speaking to us
first.
You must make reasonable effort to protect your car from loss or damage and keep it in a roadworthy condition.

When and how do I pay?

You can pay for your insurance at once by credit or debit card when you purchase it.

When does the cover start and end?

Your cover start and end dates are shown in the Your Information & Policy Schedule document and the Certificate of
Motor Insurance.
Your policy may be renewed and payment taken on your renewal date, unless you call us at 020 3318 9745 to tell us
that you don’t want us to. We will contact you before your renewal date with information about your renewal price
and terms.

How do I cancel the contract?

You can cancel any time by calling us on 020 3318 9745.


Your cancellation will be subject to the relevant cancellation fee, outlined in your policy documents.
