Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we are pleased to submit our most competitive offer with technical specification
and other terms and conditions which, we hope, will be in line with your requirements.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF LT EXTENSION PANEL :

FABRICATION : The sheet steel cubicle will be made of 14 swg (2mm) CRCA sheet, dust and vermin proof,
Indoor, Single front, floor mounting type. The dimension of the extension panel will be approx : H= 2200mm X
W= 2600 mm X D= 800mm.

BUS BAR: 100 X 10 mm. Alm. Busbar in phases & 50 X 10 mm. Alm busbar in neutral shall be used as per
existing panel.

Earth Bus : 50 X 10 mm Alm. Bus shall be provided throughout the length of the Panel Board.

PAINTING: The Panel Boards shall be cured by 7-tank treatment process. After that epoxy based powder
coated finish paints (two coats) shall be sprayed both inside and outside of the enclosures as per your
specification. (Paint shade : RAL 7032)

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. PRICE BASIS : Rates are quoted Ex-our Works Kolkata basis & firm.

2. PACKING : Crate packing charge is inclusive in our quoted price.

3. GST : GST will be charged extra @18% (Our GST No. 19AABCP5251C)
4. FREIGHT ETC. : Forwarding, freight, and any other incidentals will be charged extra at
actual or TO PAY basis.
5. INSURANCE : Transit Insurance is to be arranged and borne by you.

6. VALIDITY : The price is valid upto 60 days from the date of offer.

7. PAYMENT : 25% advance along with order and balance 75% against inspection but
TERMS before delivery.
8. DELIVERY : Within 6-8 weeks from the date of receipt of technically & commercially
clear firm order and date of receipt of approved drawings whichever is
later.
9. WARRANTY : The Panel Board is warranted for any manufacturing defect for a period
of 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of
installation whichever is earlier.
10. INSPECTION : Inspection to be carried by your authorized representative at our Works
within 7 days from the date of intimation to you.
11. INSTALLATION & : Installation & Commissioning are beyond our scope of work.
