    REMARK
    All watertight/weathertight doors and hatches should be kept closed while at sea.
    The valves of all longitudinal pipe lines shall always be kept close during voyage,
    except those required for use on transfer of liquid/cargo and these valves should
    be closed immediately after use.

    In case of damage all watertight doors and hatches as well as weathertight closing
    appliances and valves in piping have to be closed immediately.
