HIRING CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT

This Hiring Contract or Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is


entered into between Karar Solutions Sdn Bhd, with registration number [1041872-T]
(hereinafter referred to as the "Karar Solutions"), Field Engineer

(hereinafter referred to as the "Field Engineer").

Scope of Work: The details of the scope of work are outlined in the attached
document titled "Scope of Work," which is an integral part of this Agreement.

Rules and Regulations: The rules and regulations governing the employment
relationship are outlined in the attached document titled "Rules and Regulations"
which is an integral part of this Agreement.

Contract Violation and Penalty: In the event of a material breach of this Agreement
by either party, the non-breaching party shall have the right to pursue all available
legal remedies to address the breach, including seeking injunctive relief, specific
performance, and monetary damages, as permitted by applicable law, in order to
remedy any losses or harm resulting from the breach.

Furthermore, Karar Solutions expressly reserves the right to withhold payment if the
Field Engineer fails to fulfill their obligations and complete the assigned task in strict
accordance with the agreed-upon terms and schedule. This withholding of payment
shall be considered a justifiable action by Karar Solutions until such time that a
mutually acceptable resolution is achieved between the parties through negotiation,
mediation, or other alternative dispute resolution methods. The Field Engineer
acknowledges and agrees that any dispute arising from such withholding of payment
shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions outlined in this
Agreement.

Payment Terms and Additional Allowances: Field Engineer are entitled to receive
periodic payments-based tasks they undertake. These payments will be provided in
the form of a lump sum and deposited periodically into the Field Engineer account.
Additionally, Field Engineer are also entitled to receive additional allowances (term
and condition applied), which will be paid on a monthly basis. The details of the
payment terms and additional allowances, including the amount of the allowances and
the payment schedule, will be explained in the document attached titled "Payment
Terms and Additional Allowances," which is an integral part of this Agreement.

Term of Agreement: This Agreement shall commence on ………………….. and shall


continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions set forth in
this Agreement.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to
the other party. The termination shall be effective Thirty [30] days from the date of

receipt of the written notice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
In the event of termination, Field Engineer shall promptly return all equipment, tools,
and uniform provided by Karar Solutions. Field Engineer shall ensure that the returned
items are in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Failure to return the
Company property may result in appropriate deductions from the final payment or legal
action to recover the said property.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, along with its attachments, constitutes the entire
agreement between the Karar Solutions and the Field Engineer and supersedes any
prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance


with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this
Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or


unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall continue to be
binding on the parties.

Amendments: Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in


writing and signed by both parties.

By signing below, Karar Solutions and Field Engineer acknowledge that they have
read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to be
bound by them.

SCOPE OF WORK

A Field Engineer in the field of information and knowledge provides on-site support

hardware, software, or information systems. These Field Engineer respond to
support requests, analyze problems, and provide solutions or instructions to
users.

User Training:
Delivering training to users on how to effectively use information systems or
software. These Field Engineer may develop and deliver training materials and
assist users in understanding the available functions and features.

Software Maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance on software and system updates to ensure
smooth operations. These Field Engineer may also assist in installing and

Engineer assist in selecting the appropriate solutions and help users with
implementation and technology usage.

RULES AND REGULATION

Security and Confidentiality:


Field Engineer must adhere to strict security protocols and maintain the
confidentiality of sensitive information and data. This includes protecting user
credentials, client data, and any other confidential information they may come
across during their work.

Access Control:
Field Engineer should only have access to the systems, networks, and
resources that are necessary for their job. They should NOT attempt to access
or modify any information or resources that are outside the scope of their
responsibilities.

Compliance with Policies:


Field Engineer must follow the organization's IT policies and procedures.
These policies may include guidelines for acceptable use of technology
resources, software licensing, data backup procedures, and incident reporting.

Professional Conduct:
Field Engineer should maintain a professional demeanor and conduct
themselves in a respective manner when interacting with users and colleagues.
They should communicate clearly, provide accurate information, and avoid
engaging in any behavior that may be considered offensive or inappropriate.

Documentation and Reporting:


Field Engineer should maintain accurate documentation of their activities,
including the problems they encountered, the solutions implemented, and any
changes made to the systems. They should also promptly report any security
incidents, data breaches, or policy violations to the Karar Solutions.

Adherence to Health and Safety Guidelines:


Field Engineer should comply with health and safety regulations, including any
specific guidelines provided by the organization. This may involve wearing
personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary, following safety
protocols while working with equipment or in certain environments, and
reporting any potential hazards or accidents.

Continuous Learning and Professional Development:


Field Engineer should stay updated with the latest technologies, industry
trends, and best practices in their field. This may involve participating in training
programs, obtaining relevant certifications, and actively seeking opportunities
for professional growth.

Dress Code that promotes a professional and presentable appearance: -
1. Business Casual Attire: Field Engineer may be required to dress in business
casual attire, which typically includes slacks or dress pants, collared shirts or
blouses, and closed-toe shoes. Ties and jackets may be optional, depending
on the organization's guidelines.

2. Neat and Clean Appearance: It is important to maintain a neat and clean


appearance by ensuring that clothes are well-fitted, clean, and properly
pressed. Avoid wearing clothes with wrinkles, stains, or holes.

3. Appropriate Footwear: Closed-toe shoes, such as dress shoes or loafers, are


generally preferred for Field Engineer. Sandals, flip-flops, or athletic shoes are
NOT considered appropriate unless specifically allowed by the organization.

4. Minimal Accessories: Keep accessories to a minimum and choose those that


are professional and not overly distracting. Avoid wearing excessive jewelry,
large logos, or accessories that may interfere with work tasks.

5. Personal Hygiene: Maintain good personal hygiene by ensuring cleanliness,


grooming, and fresh breath. Regularly brush your teeth, use deodorant, and
maintain a well-groomed appearance.

6. Company Logo or Identification: Require Field Engineer to wear


identification badges or uniforms with the company logo for easy identification
and security purposes.

PAYMENT TERMS AND ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCES

This section outlines the agreed-upon payment terms for the services rendered by the
Field Engineer, as well as the provision of additional allowances. It establishes the
regular payment schedule, the method of payment, and the details of any
supplementary allowances that the Field Engineer is entitled to receive. The terms
and conditions outlined in this section are an integral part of the overall agreement
between the parties involved.

Method of Payment:
Karar Solutions will direct deposit payment to Field Engineer account

Field Engineer require to send: -


1) Account Bank Name
2) Account Bank Number
3) Scan of Statement Bank
4) Identification Card Number
5) Scan of Identification Card [Front & Back]

Payment Schedule:
Field Engineer will receive payments Lump-Sum bi-weekly for the task
complete and monthly for Allowances.

Bi-Weekly usually made on 14, 15, 16 in the middle of the month, 29, 30, 31 in
the end of month.

Monthly usually made on 29, 30, 31 in the end of the month

Additional Allowances:

Field Engineer entitled to receive Commitment Allowance refer to specific


details and eligibility criteria as below.

1) High number of logs:

Field Engineer handles a high number of logs, they may be eligible


for a commitment allowance. This could be due to the increased
workload or the specific challenges associated with working in a
densely populated area.

2) Accept all logs and cancel due to unavoidable events:

Field Engineer should demonstrate a willingness to accept all


assigned logs. However, if they need to cancel or reschedule a log due
to unavoidable events such as emergencies or circumstances beyond
their control, it should not affect their eligibility for the allowance.

3) Less complaint from end users:

To qualify for a commitment allowance, Field Engineer should strive


to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and minimize
complaints from end users. This indicates their ability to effectively
address and resolve issues, provide excellent service, and maintain
positive relationships with clients.

4) Follow SOP provided:

Field Engineer must adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures


(SOP) provided by their organization. Following established protocols
and guidelines ensures consistency, quality, and safety in their work.
Compliance with SOPs is an important criterion for determining
eligibility for a commitment allowance.

5) Fast and responsive updates:

Field Engineer should demonstrate a proactive approach and be


responsive in providing timely updates regarding their work progress,
completion of tasks, or any changes in the situation. Being fast and
responsive in communication is essential for effective coordination and
ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed.
