Stress is the body and mind's


reaction to demanding
situations. Prolonged and high
levels of stress can harm health.

We can talk about 2 types of stress: Acute,


Chronic and Traumatic.

-Acute stress: It is a brief and immediate


response to a stressful situation, such as
an exam or an emergency.
-Chronic stress: It is a persistent form of
stress that lasts for weeks, months, or
years due to factors like constant work
pressure or family problems.

-Do exercise
-Go out with friends
-Go therapy
-To meditate
-Sleep the necesary hours
-Eat healthy
Put limits

In conclusion: Stress is how our body reacts to


tough situations, and it can affect different
parts of our body over time. But we can
control it by having a balanced and organized
lifestyle.
