尊敬的上海交通大学上海高级金融学院的老师：

您好！

我是温恩洁，来自浙江大学管理学院会计学专业。不可以说是从一开始就确定想

要在研究生就读 SAIF，但自我明确想要在金融方向深耕而有所作为之后，我便将 SAIF

作为自己一以贯之的目标和奋斗的根本源动力。回顾短短三年本科生涯，回顾为梦想

努力的日日夜夜，我在此递交个人陈述，诚挚申请参加贵院举办的 mini 营，以期进入

MF – General Track 项目学习。

一、学业：

选择 MF – General Track 项目，源于本科学习加持于我的底气。

“万丈高楼平地起”。本科三年，我认真而广泛学习数学、经济学、会计学、金融

学专业知识。我在《概率论与数理统计》中意识到掌握随机现象背后的规律和统计方

法的重要性，在《计量经济学》中学会通过数据利用统计探索经济现象的规律，在

《中级财务会计学》中从财报编制角度全面把握企业财务状况和实质，在《金融学》

中了解到了资本市场的运作机制和风险管理的重要性。在众多老师的悉心教诲和自身

勤奋努力下，我取得了优异的学习成绩，前五学期主修平均绩点为 4.70/5.00，排名 。

我以 619 分通过四级英语考试，592 分通过六级英语考试，并修读过全英课程《国际税

收》、《国际商务》等，阅读过较多英文文献，具有较强的英文读写能力。我还修读

了相关计算机课程，例如《Python 程序设计》，并掌握 Stata、SPSS 等软件的操作。以

上为我的研究生生涯打下坚实的基础。

二、实习与课外活动

选择 MF – General Track 项目，是躬行实践后的无悔选择。

“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”。23 年暑假，我在德勤咨询部门数字化顾客

组进行实习。在其中，我接触到了光伏行业传统龙头企业，参与其数字化改革项目。

初入项目我对于将要面临的工作感到未知而茫然。面对庞大的公司、繁杂的部门和作

业流程，我在白日会议访谈和撰写纪要的基础上，自己尝试通过思维导图的方式辅助

理解企业运作模式和痛点、数字化改进关键所在。在另一个项目中，我为新型建材企

业转型开发的软件撰写用户手册。过程中，我进一步看到转型成品各个端口之间的联

系和互通，了解到企业数字化转型整合复杂业务的难度，以及利用互联网实现高效合

作、降本增效的重要性和必要性。

在实习结束后，我主动了解综合分析传统制造业需要进行数字化改革的难度和复

杂度之深。我在知网上检索相关信息，并形成个人的相关见解与老师交流讨论。随着

客户需求、成本结构、营销渠道的变化，传统企业需要利用互联网企业的高效运作模

式，实现降本增效。
 在参与案例分析大赛的时候，我面对从未接触过的 BOP 企业曾手足无措。但在网

络检索相关资料并了解案例分析模型的过程中，逐渐上手。在分析企业背景的时候，

我将曾在《战略管理》课程中所学的企业战略分析框架如 BCG 矩阵、VRIO 模型知识

用于实践。虽然最后我们小组并没有进入复赛，但是在这一过程中，我拓宽了知识面

并掌握了案例分析的基本框架，无疑令我收益匪浅。

校学生会办公室财务组负责人的身份给我带来领导处理繁重事务的压力和成就。

在职期间，我数次因为报销过程中发生的问题而烦躁，但也因报销完成而轻松和快乐，

因上下级对我的称赞而欣然自得。在我处理的报销活动中，每年一次的学生节活动尤

为重要，由于其金额巨大且所处时间位于会计结算之后，需在次年第一季度内完成报

销，而这段时间又与寒假重合。2 个周五加 1 个周中，十余次往返团委、办公室、计财

处，我始终次次到场，并且与团委老师、计财处老师沟通，计财处老师都记住了我的

声音。正是这样，我的努力也获得了认可，在两次集体大会中，我的上级给我颁发的

奖状名头是“最佳做账师”和“首席财务官”。

此外，我参加了很多实践活动，例如职工子女义务家教、图书馆志愿者等，累计

志愿者服务小时数 220.9。我曾前往浙江衢州山区支教，记得在那炎炎夏日没有空调和

电扇的宗祠里与小朋友共处的 7 日，认识了几个至今还会在朋友圈互动的小小朋友，

结识了数位志同道合的大朋友。这些广泛而丰富的活动，让我在组织协调能力、情绪

稳定程度、待人处事态度等多方面得到锻炼和提升。
三、科研：

选择 MF – General Track 项目，是探索而深知不足的深耕。

我于大二进入本校导师的科研组进行学习，主要研究方向是公司金融、资产定价。

在大二上我阅读多篇优秀论文，并做过 1 次组会分享。在导师指导下，我参加了本校

SRTP，以《投资者情绪倾向对股票收益率的影响研究——基于网络互动平台的文本分

析》为题，立项为国创。在该科研训练中，采用了文本分析机器学习的方式。我进行

数据收集和处理，在控制公司和月份固定效应后，进行了多元 OLS 回归，采用工具变

量法解决模型内生问题，发现投资者情绪对于股票回报率和流动性均有影响，情绪越

积极股票回报率和流动性越高。此外，还进行了异质性检验。该研究计划发表论文一

篇，当前处于初稿撰写阶段，我主要负责撰写实验设计和实证结果部分，并协助撰写

文献综述部分。

四、未来规划：

“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”。通过三年本科生涯的学习，我明确自己对

于金融的坚持，希望能够在研究生期间有进一步的学习和探索，并最终能够学以致用。

在就读研究生期间，在学业上，我会深入学习正确投资等金融和经济学类专业课

程，充分依靠 SAIF 的学术和研讨平台，多听、多看、多参与、多思考，积极关注学术

讲座和业内大拿的经验分享，主动汲取和吸收，紧跟金融专业的国际国内前沿动态，
形成国际化和专业性的知识框架，强化自己的融会贯通的研究能力；在科研上，结合

导师的研究方向及自己的阅读成果，确定具体的小方向，进行深耕研究，积极参与导

师所研究的课题，承担力所能及的工作并主动学习，保障定量的输入和产出，与导师

和同门交流反馈在实践中提升自己的专业素养和实际产出的能力；在实践上，研究生

全过程中，我都需要时刻准备着深入市场进行投资研究的实践，利用所学独特的数理

能力优势与扎实的金融基础，打破固有模版和惯性思维，把专业知识进一步应用到工

作中，在实践中体验和把握金融学的魅力和能力。

宏观经济帮助我们理解历史和当下，金融投资协助实体经济快速运转，我希望我

的人生能与这两者紧密相关，时刻感受到社会跳动的脉搏。在研究生毕业后我志愿投

身于二级市场投资研究，化热爱为永恒的驱动力，以实现个人价值为最终目的深耕于

金融权益市场。

贵院的 MF – General Track 项目……的培养体系清楚地让我意识到……。若能如愿，

比使我在一个新平台上不断挖掘自身潜能，超越自己，努力成为具备跨学科、国际化

和专业性的高层次复合型人才，将能够密切联系业界实际，将所学更好地用于实

践"Power the Future of Finance"。

以上是我的学习履历和未来规划，"Power the Future of Finance"，我期待能够在

2025 年的金秋在上海高级金融学院开启研究生学习生涯，在导师的带领下提高综合素

 Personal Statement

Dear Sir/Madam:

Hello! I am Wen Enjie from Zhejiang University, majoring in Accounting. l can't say that
I have been sure that l would like to study SAlF in graduate school from the very beginning,
but since l made it clear that l want to make a difference in the direction of finance, l have
made SAlF my consistent goal and the fundamental source of motivation for my struggle.
Looking back on my three years of undergraduate career and the days and nights l spent
working hard for my dream, l would like to submit my personal statement and sincerely apply
for the mini-camp organized by your institute in order to enter the MF _ General Track
program.

l. Academic Performance and Scholarships

I would like to choose the MF - General Track program because of the strength of my
undergraduate studies.

“Great oaks from little acorns grow”. Undergraduate three years, l seriously and
extensively study mathematics, economics, accounting, finance professional knowledge. I
realized the importance of grasping the laws behind random phenomena and statistical
methods in Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics; I learned to explore the laws of
economic phenomena by using statistics through data in Econometrics; I grasped the financial
status and substance of enterprises comprehensively from the perspective of preparing
financial reports in Intermediate Financial Accounting; and I learned the operation mechanism
of the capital market and the importance of risk management in Finance. Under the careful
teaching of many teachers and my own diligent efforts, l have achieved excellent academic
results, the first five semesters of the major GPA of 4.70/5.00, ranking …. l passed CET-4
with 619 points and CET-6 with 592 points. l have also taken full English courses, such as
International Taxation and International Business, and have read English literature, so I have
strong English reading and writing skills. l also took related computer courses, such as Python
Programming, and mastered the operation of Stata, SPSS and other software. The above lays
a solid foundation for my graduate career.

ll. Internships and Extracurricular Activities

Choosing the MF - General Track program is a no-regrets choice after practicing.

“Paper will sleep shallow, never know the matter want to practice”. In the summer of
2023, l did an internship in the Digital Customers group of Deloitte's consulting division.
During my internship, l came into contact with a traditional leading company in the
photovoltaic industry and participated in its digital transformation project. When l first joined
the project, l felt unknown and confused about the work l was going to face. Faced with a
huge company, multiple departments and complicated operational processes, l tried to
understand the operation mode and pain points of the company, then discover the key to
digital improvement through mind mapping on my own, based on interviews and writing
minutes of daytime meetings. In another project, l wrote user manuals for the software
developed for the transformation of a new building materials company. In the process, I
further saw the connection and interoperability between the various ports of the finished
transformation product, and understood the difficulty of integrating complex business with
enterprise digital transformation, as well as the importance and necessity of utilizing the
Internet to achieve efficient cooperation, cost reduction and efficiency.

At the end of my internship, l took the initiative to understand the depth of difficulty and
complexity in synthesizing and analyzing the need for digital reform in traditional
manufacturing. l searched for relevant information on the Knowledge Network and formed
my personal relevant insights to share and discuss with my teacher. With the changes in
customer demand, cost structure, and marketing channels, traditional enterprises need to
utilize the efficient operation mode of internet enterprises to achieve cost reduction and
efficiency.

When l participated in the case study competition, l was at a loss when facing a BOP
company that l had never encountered before. However, in the process of searching for
relevant information and understanding the case study model, l gradually got the hang of it.
When analyzing the background of the company, I used the knowledge of corporate strategy
analysis frameworks such as BCG matrix and VRlO model that l had learned in the course of
Strategic Management in practice. Although our team did not enter the final round, l have
broadened my knowledge and mastered the basic framework of case analysis, which is
undoubtedly a great benefit to me.

My position as the head of the finance team in the office of the University Student Union
brings me the pressure and achievement of leading a team that handles a heavy load of affairs.
Several times during my tenure, l have been annoyed by problems that occurred during the
reimbursement process, but l have also been relieved and happy to have the reimbursements
completed, and pleased with the praise l have received from my superiors and subordinates.
Among the reimbursement activities that l dealt with, the annual Student Day activity was
particularly awkward, due to its huge amount and the time located in the accounting
settlement after the time, need to complete the reimbursement within the first quarter of the
following year, and this period of time coincides with the winter vacation. 2 Fridays plus a
week, more than 10 times to and from the Committee, the office, the Accounting and Finance
Department, l was always present every time and communicate with the teachers. Even the
teachers of the Accounting and Finance Department remembered my voice. In this way, my
efforts were recognized, and in two collective meetings, my superiors gave me awards titled
"Best Bookkeeper" and "Chief Financial Officer".

In addition, l have participated in many practical activities, such as volunteer tutoring for
children of university employees, library volunteers, etc., with a total of 224.06 volunteer
service hours. l once went to the mountainous area of Quzhou, Zhejiang Province for
education program. l remember that l spent 7 days with the children in the ancestral temple
without air conditioning and fans in the hot summer, and l got to know a few small children
who still interact with me. These wide-ranging and rich activities have helped me to improve
my organizational and coordination skills, emotional stability, and attitude towards others.

lll. Scientific Research:

Choosing the MF - General Track program is a deep plunge after exploring and knowing
the inadequacies.

I joined our mentor's research group in my sophomore year, with a focus on corporate
finance and asset pricing. l read several excellent papers and did 1 group meeting sharing.
Under the guidance of my mentor, I participated in the SRTP, with the title of "Research on
the Influence of Investors' Emotional Tendency on Stock Returns--Text Analysis Based on
Online Interactive Platform", which was set up as a national project. In this research training,
a text analysis machine learning approach was used. I performed data collection and
processing. After controlling for firm and month fixed effects, I conducted multivariate OLS
regressions and used an instrumental variables approach to address model endogeneity. The
results of the study found that investor sentiment has an impact on both stock returns and
liquidity, and the more positive the sentiment the higher the stock returns and liquidity. In
addition, heterogeneity tests are conducted. The study plans to publish a paper, which is
currently in the first draft writing stage, and l am mainly responsible for writing the
experimental design and empirical results sections, while assisting in writing the literature
review section.

IV. Future planning:

“The way was long, and wrapped in gloom did seem, as I urged on to seek my vanished
dream”. Through the three years of my undergraduate career, l am clear about my persistence
in finance, and l hope to have further study and exploration during graduate school and
eventually be able to apply what l have learned.
 During my postgraduate study, l will study finance and economics courses in depth, form
an internationalized and professional knowledge framework fully utilize the academic and
seminar platform of SAlF, actively pay attention to academic lectures and experience sharing
of industry experts, keep up with the international and domestic cutting-edge development of
financial professions. In scientific research, l will combine my supervisor's research direction
and my reading results to identify specific sub-directions for in-depth research, actively
participate in the work of my supervisor's research topics and take the initiative to work on
the work within my capacity. I also will ensure quantitative input and output, communicate
with my supervisor and fellow students to get feedback to improve my professionalism and
ability to produce actual outputs. In terms of practice, l need to be constantly aware of the
importance of graduate school in the whole process. l need to be ready to go into the market
for investment research practice, using the unique mathematical and scientific ability
advantage and solid financial foundation, breaking the inherent template and inertia thinking,
further applying the professional knowledge to the work, and grasping the charm and ability
of finance in practice.

Macroeconomics helps us to understand the history and the present, while financial
investment assists the real economy to run fast. l hope my life can be closely related to both of
them and feel the pulse of the society at all times. After graduating from graduate school, l
volunteer to devote myself to secondary market investment research, turning my love for it
into an eternal driving force, and ploughing into the financial equity market with the ultimate
goal of realizing my personal value.

The training system of your MF - General Track program ..... clearly made me realize ...
lf l can do as l wish, l will be able to explore my potential and surpass myself on a new
platform, and strive to become a high-level complex talent with interdisciplinary,
internationalization and professionalism, who will be able to closely contact with the industry
and better apply what l have learned to the practice of "Power the Future of Finance".

Above is my study resume and future plan, "Power the Future of Finance", l am looking
forward to be able to start my postgraduate study career at Shanghai Advanced Institute of
Finance in the golden autumn of 2025, to improve the comprehensive quality and scientific
research ability under the guidance of my supervisors, and to realize my own dream with
