    INTRODUCTION

    A decoder is a combinational circuit, whose function is inverse to that of the encoder,

    that is, it converts a binary code of N input bits and M output lines, such that each output line

    will be activated for only one of the possible combinations of entrance.

    DESARROLLO

    We start to make the subvi to 2 to 4.

    An also we make the principal using two subvis, making the 3 to 8.
