I/We have not been issued share certificate by the society / I/We have issued a

do not have any objection for your sending original share certificate to the said lender / bank and providing
copy of the same to me/us for our record. We undertake to deliver the original share certificate to the lender
/ bank if handover to me/us.
4. I /We assure that the said flat is not subject to any encumbrance, charge or liability of any kind
whatsoever
and the entire flat is free and marketable / The said flat is mortgage with _ _ __ _ __ _ __ _ __ _ __

5. I/We are in the possession of said flat OR I/We have rented the flat.
