1. This is to confirm that our above named society is registered under ___________ Co-op Societies Act ____ (year) vide
Registration No ____________________ ________Dated _______________.

2. Pursuant to the conveyance deed/Lease deed dated _______________ registration no. __________,the Society is the
owner of the land upon which the abovementioned building is constructed OR The Conveyance deed/Lease deed
pursuant to the said land/building is not yet executed in favour of the Society.

3. Mr. / Mrs. ______________________________________________________ is a member (“the Member”) of our


society and share certificate No ________ for shares bearing distinctive Nos _________ to _________ stand in his /
her name and the said Unit is possessed by him / her.

4. The member has informed the Society that he / she has agreed to sell and transfer all his / her right , title ,interest in
the said shares (in case issued ) and the said Unit to Mr. / Mrs. ____________________________________________
to Proposed Transferee (the prospective Borrower of Lender), who has approached the Lender for a loan for acquiring
the said Unit .

5. We confirm that our Society has agreed to transfer the above Unit to / in the name of the Proposed Transferee,
subject to completion of the transfer formalities in respect of the said Unit .

6. We hereby assure you that the said Unit, as well as the said building and the land appurtenant thereto are not subject
to any encumbrance, charge or liability of any kind whatsoever and that the entire property is free and marketable.

7. We further confirm that we have a clear, legal and marketable title to the said property and every part thereof, and
that all taxes and dues in respect thereof have been paid upto the date.

8. We also confirm that there are no outstanding dues /charges payable by the said Member in respect of the said Unit
and he / she has paid all the taxes / dues in respect of the same upto date.

9. We confirm that there are no restrictive / negative convenants in the Bye laws / Rules of the above mentioned society
concerning the transfer of shares / members interest in the society and other related matters.

10. We confirm that we have no objection to the Lender giving a loan to the said Proposed Transferee against the
mortgage of said Unit to you for repayment of the said loan.

11. We further confirm that as soon as the share certificates are issued/ transferred in name of the Proposed Transferee,
the share certificates pertaining to the proposed transferee will be forwarded directly to the Lender.

12. And we undertake to register the aforesaid charge on the said Unit and the said shares on completion of the transfer
formalities and we shall not transfer the above shares or allow Mr / Mrs ______________________ to either sell ,
transfer , dispose off , mortgage or part with the possession or otherwise deal with the above premises in any manner
what so ever without your prior consent in writing.

13. Share certificate not yet distributed to the all members due to incomplete submission of copies of Title documents
and other required documents.
