As an Extemal Assessor (Quality) you may be invited to be a member of the Academic Panel and attend the meeting. If you are invited to attend the meeting, the necessary information shall be provided for your review and feedback in prior. 2. Please prepare your report on the pro forma provided by KUIPs and submit it to the Rector within two (2) weeks after your review. 3. The School Board of Studies will discuss on your report for the purpose of quality monagement and enhancement of our programme. Also your report may be made accessible to extemal bodies that access to quality of teaching and learning at KUIPs. Any identified references to individual member of staff in your report shall be redacted before it is considered by the School of Board of Studies orits extracted be published. 4. You shall be given access to the available materials that is necessary to help you achieve the findings or conclusions required in your roles and responsibilities as an External Assessor (Quality). This material includes the examination scripts and other works (where applicable) that contribute to the final examination results. 5. KUIPs may request additional assisiance from you in furlher roles related to Extemal Assessor (Quallty) such as to provide comments on module content, balance and structure and also to review curriculum. 6 Please declare any potenticl, perceived or actual conflict of interest such as when you are placed in position that conitioutes to the findings or conclusions on any student within whom you may relate, 7. Expenses incurred, including transportation, accommodations and meals are provided in accordance with KUIPs Policy and Procedure. The honorarium shall be paid upon your submission of Extemal Assessor (Quality) Report. 8. Honorarium payable is subjected to tax deduction (where applicable} under Malaysia Law. 9. During term of appointment or thereafter, please attain the written consent of KUIPs prior to use or divulge to any person, whomever, the confidential information, any trade secrets, interventions, processor, products research and development work or any other information concerning the business of KUIPs. It's affiliates, staffs or students. Also, written consent from KUIPs is required prior to disseminations or use of publications in written, digital or graphic form or art which have a bearing on the scope of activities or the image of KUIPs. This requirement does not apply to any such information that has been released by KUIPS into the Public domain. 10. KUIPs/PEND. /HR/2020 (028) 25% September 2020 This appointment may be discontinued by either party giving the other one (1) month written notice. The notice is deemed received upon confirmation by the other party. Unfulfilment of the roles and responsibilities in this appointment may result in early discontinuation of your tenure. . Both parties shall acknowledge and agree that neither party is, nor shall claim to be, employer, employee, representative or partner of the other. .
