    I am Gladwin Correia, Area Sales & Support Manager from AL Futtaim Automobiles. I hope you are
    enjoying the new Honda Accord you have purchased recently.

    I am writing to you to notify that we have received a technical alert from Honda Accord batch 2023
    about a minor defect with accelerator pad. Unfortunately, your Model is part of the batch affected by
    the technical deficiency.

    The Company has recommended a quick replacement of accelerator assembly which can performed
    within 30mins. I would appreciate if you can make an appointment and bring the car to our workshop,
    we can have it rectified as soon as we can.
