I am writing in response to your advertisement for customer service call centre advisor
currently posted on your website. I am interested in applying for the position, and I would
appreciate any further information you may be able to give me about the job.
I am studying at the local University of Leeds, and I have been looking for a part-time job with
a flexible worktime because of my studies. I am interested in applying, since I love talking,
helping and getting to know new people, therefore it would be the perfect position for me.
Moreover, I have been learning English for 8 years now, I can communicate comfortably, and
I also have good written skills.
Could you give me some further details about the shifts, how many are there in a week, and
how long do they take? I would be also interested to know when I have to send in my
application, and when the interviews will be held.
