Moreover, as per the reportorial requirement of Department Circular No. 2021-09-0029,

you are also required to submit monthly activity report of your actual arrived importations and
sales (Annex MR-K) to this Bureau every 20th of the succeeding month. Refusal to comply
with these reportorial requirements is subject to penalties and sanctions.
