3. IEC ( Import Export Code ) Copy of Consignor.***

4. PAN CARD Copy of Consignor.***

5. GST REGISTRATION COPY.***

6. EXIM Code Updated of Consignee for Nepal.***

7. AD Code on Bank Letterhead of Consignor’s Bank with Customs Name. ***

8. LUT ARN Copy of Current FY Year of Consignor, if IGST is not Charge.***

9. Valid Export E-Way Bill, if Invoice Value is more than 50,000/-

10. Authority Letter on Consignor’s Company Letterhead with Sign & Stamp.***

11. Certificate of Analysis & Declaration of Non Narcotics for Medicine & Raw Materials on
Consignor Letterhead.

12. Certificate of Origin from Chamber of Commerce for Machinery Goods.

13. KYC FORM on Company Letterhead with Sign. & Stamp.***

14. Quarantine Certificate for Animal Feed Suppliment.
