Our records reveal that a sum of Rs. 3330.00 has not been paid by you against the aforementioned referred Contract A/C
No. Therefore a notice for disconnection of supply under section 56(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 is served upon you
with the request to make payment of the outstanding dues within 15 days from receipt of this notice failing which, supply
of electricity to the above ContractA/C No at your premise is liable to be disconnected.

You may make payment by way of local cheque/Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘BRPL, Contract A/C No 102548858 '
or by depositing the amount in cash, if the bill amount is upto Rs. 4000/- at any of our cash collection centres.

The issue of a new demand (bill) which has a due date after 18.09.2017 does not invalidate the above disconnection notice.
