This article (Restructuring the science of jurisprudence according to Ibn Rushd according to his
innovative vision and its evaluation in the light of the position of the scholars of assets (.It revolves
around the problem of Ibn Rushd's contribution to the renewal, through the structural reconstructio of
this science?Criticism that appeals to the analytical and comparative method, and that through
axes: We devoted the first to the course of structural reconstruction of his science of jurisprudence in
the light of his classification of sciences, and the second to evaluate his course. We conclude the article
with a conclusion
