EMOTIONS ARE BEST ACTED OUT WHEN SCRIPTED

 No one cares how you feel,

 Acting out only makes things worse for you.
 Control yourself or avoid people that trigger you.
 If you can’t control your emotions, anyone can control you.
 Anybody that knows your triggers can control you.
 Hold back and wait to react.
 Only lash out if its part of the script, do not lash out automatically.
 It’s better to cry and act hurt than to yell out ad curse. It triggers guilt in the other person.
 If you start screaming and cursing, the other person goes into defence, and start arguing
back. Crying wins, you the war, cursing causes you to lose the battle.
 Save your real emotions for your kids and family.
 Remember inability to control emotions has landed some people in prison.
 Emotions are a choice.
 If you are an emotional person, you are controlling.
 Stop people from pushing you over by having standards from the beginning. “I’m sorry, I
don’t do that, but good luck”.
 Always take time to assess how you can use the situation to your advantage instead of
lashing out.
 Having an end goal in mind allows you to be less emotional.
 People that control their emotions are seen as less crazy.
 In reality, people that can control their emotions are crazy in a good way.
 You don’t listen when you are super emotional.
 Have more than one to keep yourself from getting attached.
 Don’t care enough.
 Keep your mind on the goal.
 Understand you are your world, and not the other person.
 Ask yourself why they are not as attached to you as you are to them.
 If someone makes you upset, don’t react, figure out what is going to trigger their guilt
without being emotional,
 Let some things slide, don’t take everything personally, don’t always be looking for things to
get mad about.
 You don’t need to control a situation, unless you are benefiting from it.
 Emotion don’t get you paid unless its scripted out.
