Cleaning
Cleaning Process：
After operation
Use wet gauze to wipe
To Cleaning chamber
Staff with protective wear
Clean by water and wipe it
Soak
Clean and wipe it dry
Sterilized by cleaner
Clean and dry
Stored in a sealed box

The following is recommended disinfectant for cleaning:

Warning :
Laryngoscopy should be one with a disinfectant cleaning, please read the cleaning requirements before
sterilized.
Please turn off the power before sterilized.
Handled and Monitor is not waterproof design, please avoid putting the main unit into the cleaner.
Washing
Please use the water to clean the blade and wipe dry with wet gauze until there is no stain. Use the brush to
clean the blade detailed location and use the gauze to make it dry. Please use the wet gauze to clean the
handle and monitor. And please avoid the liquid into unsealed internal.
Gauze should be used for one-time use, and brush should be one disinfected.
Please make it dry after washing.

Enzyme wash
For removing body fluid secretions and other organic matter in order to prevent the organic matter on
lessening disinfectants, Enzyme washing in time to avoid protein dried up, difficult to remove.
Multienzyme configuration and soaking time should be according to product specification
2, Please put the device to the Enzyme wash tank, and wipe with multiple enzyme lotion .
3, Accessories should be soak in the enzyme Lotion, and also need to clean by Ultrasonic cleaner for 5-10
minutes.
4,Multienzyme should be replaced each time after washing the blade.

Cleaning
Pleases use water cannons or wet gauze for cleaning and wipe the device surface until dry after sterilized
by the Multienzyme cleaner（cleaning time should be according to the user manual）.

Sterilization
1.1.3.1
Soak by Antibacterial liquid
1, Please put the blade into the Sterilization bath or disinfection tub, and make it immersion in disinfectant.
Time： The sterilization time should not less than 20 minutes. The sterilization time to Special patients
infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, other mycobacteria should not less than 45 minutes.
2. Please use the wet gauze with 75% alcohol to wipe the monitor and handle after first water wiping.
3. The time for sterilization should be not less than 30 minutes.
4. Each time before treatment begins, the reusable blade used that day must be repeated sterilized .
Using the recommended soaking disinfectants with sterilization time of less than 20 minutes rinsing and
drying before for treating a patient.
5. If necessary sterilized laryngoscope using a 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde sterilization, must be soaked
for 10 hours.
1.1.3.2
Low-temperature plasma sterilizer, is not suitable for heat sterilization without moisture metals,
non-metallic precision medical instruments and supplies.
NOTICE
Peep blade containing electrical components should not be too low or too high
temperature during cleaning.
Sterilizing active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide. It is easy to penetrate the skin, when
contacted with a solution, must be equipped with latex or vinyl gloves.
1.1.4 Clean and dry

Remove the tank from the laryngoscope before disinfection, cleaning and disinfection of personnel gloves
should be replaced with sterile gauze or clean compressed air and other methods, and dried.
Warning
Peep chemical disinfectants immersed and sterilized
blade, prior to use must be thoroughly rinsed with sterile
water to remove residual disinfectant.
1.1.5 Storage
The disinfection or sterilization of the laryngoscope should be stored in a sealed box instrument after
sterilization.
