Overall, it is clear that total the percentage of female members of parliament in European countries between 2000 and 2012 was an upward trend while UK was increased fastest and highest. Except for Belgium, there has been an increase and decreased erratically. From 2000 to 2012, UK, Germany, Italy and France were on uptrend. In which the UK go up quickly, from 3 % 2000 to 2012 there was sharp increase of 23%, however UK still the country has the percentage female member of parliament was lowest. Germany, Italy and France slightly and constantly increased. Belgium from 2000 with 13% female member of parliament climb to 23% in 2004 , then between 2004 to 2012 slightly to fall , although reduced but still equal to UK
