Duct carbon dioxide detector (CDD4B201)

FEATURES:

• Highly accurate and reliable Non-dispersive Infrared (NDIR) sensor


combined with state-of-the-art digital linearization and temperature
compensated circuitry to monitor duct CO2, levels.
• The duct CO2 transmitter principal of operation is based on the
Venturi effect of the probe that extends into the HVAC duct.

• Air flowing through the duct is forced into the vent holes on
one side of the probe, into the enclosure, over the CO2
sensor and then the air is drawn back out of the enclosure
via the vent holes on the opposite side of the probe.

adjustable relay output is also available.

TROUBLESHOOTING:
Installations:
Step-1 Inspect the sensor installation & terminations as per the installation
manual.
Step-2 Ensure 24vac/dc input power supply to the sensor is available or not.
Step-3 If not, check whether the power supply source.
Output:
Step-1 The CO2 output is scaled 0-10 Vdc equals 0 to Out High. The CO2
range is 0- 20000ppm. So, Check the output voltage is from 0-10V using multi
meter.
Step-2 If the output is in between 0-10 v calculate the output value for,

CO2 = (Output voltage / 10 V) x Range

Step-3 If the output is not available please check if any internal board
damages.

FEATURES:
• The LP3 series is used to measure positive,
negative or differential pressure.

• The piezo resistive sensor is ideal for monitoring


the pressure of air or other clean inert gas.

• Typical HVAC applications include


monitoring of filter differential pressure or
VAV applications.

• An integrated static pressure probe


provides ease of installation for duct mounting.

DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE FLOW SENSOR DPFS Series

FEATURES:
• The DPFS sensors are designed to sense differential pressure
in the inlet section of VAV (Variable Air Volume) terminal
units and fan terminal units.

• It can also be used to sense differential pressure at other


locations in the main or branch duct systems.

• The differential pressure read between the high


“H” port and the low “L” port can be used to determine
the air flow.

• Models offer up to nine sensing points


and sensing lengths of 8.02 to 55.01 cm (3-5/32 to 21-21/32”)
to accommodate box size diameters of 10 to 76 cm (4 to
30”).

Step-3 If not, check whether the power supply from controller.
Output:
Step-1 The sensor output is scaled 4-20mA equals 0 to Out High. The sensor range
is 0- 2000 pa. So, Check the output current is from 4-20mA using multi meter.
Step-2 If the output is in between 4-20mA calculate the output value for,

Step-3 If the current output is not available please check if any internal board

FEATURES:
• The housing contains a diaphragm, a snap-
acting SPDT switch, range adjustment knob with
increments.

• The sample connections located on the side


accept 6.35mm (0.25") OD tubing.

• An enclosure cover guards against


accidental contact with the live switch
terminal screws and the set point
adjusting knob with indication.

• Optional pressure ranges available.

• Includes 2 pick up tubes and 2 M (6.56’) of PVC


tubing.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

Step-1 Inspect the DPS installation & terminations as per the installation manual.

Step-2 Ensure to check the NO/NC connections as per required operations.

Step-3 Check the tubes or properly connected or not.

Step-4 Check the tubes are blocked inside the duct or equipment's.

Step-5 If the above checks are fine but can’t achieve result means contact M/s.

Duct humidity transmitter- rh200 SERIES


FEATURES:

• The RH200 series uses a highly accurate and


reliable Thermoset Polymer based capacitance
humidity sensor and state-of-the-art digital
linearization and temperature compensated
circuitry to monitor humidity levels.

• The sensor is encapsulated in a 228.60 mm (9”)


long by 12.7 mm (0.5”) diameter 304 S/S probe.
An 60 micron HDPE filter protects the sensor for
contaminants.

• A variety of enclosures are available. Additional


options such as integrated temperature sensor
and LCD display are available.

• The TE500B single point duct temperature transmitter


incorporates a precision platinum RTD encapsulated
in a 6.35 mm (0.25”) OD, 304 stainless steel probe and
is available in various lengths

• All probes provide excellent heat transfer,


fast response and resist moisture penetration.

• A transmitter that provides a high accuracy signal with


excellent long term stability, low hysteresis and fast response is
