LABOUR CONTRACT
We,
(A) RAMATEX INDUSTRIAL (NAMDINH) COMPANY LIMITED having establishment license No.
0601155054 issued by Department of Planning and Investment of Nam Dinh City and first amendment on
23rd Jan 2018

Working hours: Normal working time per day: 8 hours per day; 48 hours/week
from every Monday to Saturday
Normal working time per week: not over 10 hours/day, 48
hours/week.
Rest Day/Weekly breaks Normal shift: Every Sunday (1 day per week)
Work in shift: Weekly breaks will be 24 consecutive hours from
the time off shift. In special cases, employees are guaranteed at
least 4 days off per month.

Main basic salary or wages: Basic salary: VND 4,200,000 per month
Allowance: Position allowance: VND 300,000 per month. (Pro-rated if the Employee does not work full
month).

Meals provided The company provides meal for lunch at company canteen (no
monetary payment)
Date of salary payment On the 7th of the following month. If the 7th of the following month is
day-off, the salary will be paid on the next working day by bank
transfer or cash.
Pay rise policy Based on the wage scale, Company Rules and Regulations and
Company’s policy.
Labor protection to be provided: Necessary personal protective equipment and facilities for the
Employee’s safety and health at work shall be provided according
to Vietnamese law and Company’s policies and procedures.
Annual leave Annual leave is 14 working days per year for the period from 1st
January to 31st December. Unused annual leave will be carried
over to the next year and added up to a maximum of 3 years. Any
unused annual leave from the previous year will be encased to
employees when resign as per local law requirement.
Social and Health Insurance and The Employer, employee shall contribute Social Insurance, Health
Unemployment Insurance: Insurance and Unemployment Insurance in compliance with the
current Social Insurance Law.

Training policy: In compliance with the Company’s Schedule, Policy and
Procedures.
To fully and timely pay the employee all remuneration and other benefits in accordance with this
Contract, the Company’s policy and internal labor rules (if any) or collective labour agreement (if
any).
4.2 Rights:
- To manage the Employee so the Employee can fulfill his/her duties and responsibilities under this
Contract.
- To suspend, terminate this Contract and apply disciplinary measures in accordance with the
provisions of Vietnamese Laws, the collective labour agreement (if any) and internal labour regulations
(if any) of the Company.
The Employer has the right to unilaterally terminate this Contract if the Employee repeatedly failed to
perform the work in accordance with the term of this Contract.
Article 5: Implementation provision
5.1 For labour issues which are not stated in this Contract, the provisions of the collective labour
agreement (if any) and/or the internal labor rules (if any) shall apply. Where a collective labour
agreement does not exist, the provisions of Vietnamese Laws shall apply.
5.2. Any dispute or claim arising out of this Contract shall be governed by Vietnamese Laws, and the
Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
5.3. This Contract is bilingual. In case of discrepancy between the English part and the Vietnamese part
of this Contract, the Vietnamese part shall prevail. This Contract is made in duplicate with equal
validity, each Party retaining one original. Where any addendum to this Contract is concluded by both
Parties, such addendum has the same validity as this Contract.
5.4. This Contract shall be valid from the date 22/09/2022
