‫ﻣرة أﺧرى وﻣرة أﺧرى ﺣﺗﻰ ﺗﺗﺣﺳن اﻟﻌﻣﻠﯾﺔ ﻟﺗﺻﺑﺢ ﻣﺛﺎﻟﯾﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﺧﺎرﺟﯾﺔ ﺿدك ‪ -‬ﻛل ﺷﻲء ﻣن ﺻﻧﻌك أﻧت‪.‬‬
‫ﻧﺣن ﻟﺳﻧﺎ أﺟﺳﺎدًا ﻣﺎدﯾﺔ ﻣرﺗﺑطﺔ ﺑﺎﻷرض ﺑﺳﺑب اﻟﺟﺎذﺑﯾﺔ ﻣﻊ وﺟود ﻣﯾؤوس ﻣﻧﮫ‪ ،‬ﺑل ﻧﺣن ھم ﺗطور اﻟﺿوء‪ ،‬ﻣﺛل‬ ‫‪.3‬‬
‫ﺷﻛل ﻣوﺟﻲ ﯾﺟرب اﻟوﻋﻲ‪ ،‬وﻣﺎ ﻧدرﻛﮫ ﻛواﻗﻊ ھو ﺑﺑﺳﺎطﺔ ﺧدﻋﺔ راﺋﻌﺔ‪ .‬ﻧﺣن ﻧﺻﻧﻊ واﻗﻌﻧﺎ ﻣن ﺧﻼل أﻓﻛﺎرﻧﺎ‬
‫وﻣﻌﺗﻘداﺗﻧﺎ وأﻓﻌﺎﻟﻧﺎ‪ .‬أﻓﺿل طرﯾﻘﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﯾش ھﻲ ﺗطوﯾر ﻧﻔﺳك وﺗﺣﻘﯾق ﻛل ﻣﺎ ﺗرﯾد‪ ،‬ﻟﺗﺻﺑﺢ ﻣن ﺗرﯾد أن ﺗﻛون‪.‬‬
‫ﻧﺣن ﻟﺳﻧﺎ اﻟﻧﺳﺧﺔ اﻷﺣﺳن اﻟﺗﻲ ﯾﻣﻛن ﺗﺻورھﺎ ﻣن أﻧﻔﺳﻧﺎ‪ .‬ﻧﺣن أدﻧﻰ ﻧﺳﺧﺔ ﯾﻣﻛﻧﻧﺎ ﺗﻘﺑﻠﮭﺎ ﻣن أﻧﻔﺳﻧﺎ‪ .‬اِﻓﮭم أﻧك ﻟن ﺗﻔﻌل‬ ‫‪.4‬‬
‫أي ﺷﯾﺊ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﯾق أﺣﻼﻣك ﻏﯾر اﻧك ﺳﺗﻘﺎﺗل ﺑﺷدة ﻟﻌدم ﺗﺟﺎوز ﻣﻌﺎﯾﯾرك‪ .‬إذا ﻛﻧت ﺗرﯾد ﺗﺣﻘﯾق أﺣﻼﻣك وأھداﻓك‪ ،‬ﯾﺟب‬
‫أن ﺗﺣوﻟﮭﺎ إﻟﻰ ﻣﻌﺎﯾﯾر ﻻ ﯾﻣﻛن إﻧﻛﺎرھﺎ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .5‬داﺋﻣًﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻠم ﺑﺄﻧﻣﺎط وﺟودك‪ .‬ﻧﺣن ﻛﺑﺷر داﺋﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻧزاع ﺑﯾن اﻟﺷﺧص اﻟذي ﻧﺣن ﻋﻠﯾﮫ اﻵن واﻟﺷﺧص اﻟذي ﻧرﯾد‬ ‫ﻛن‬
‫أن ﻧﺻﺑﺣﮫ‪ .‬ﻏﺎﻟﺑﺎ ﻣﺎ ﯾﻛون ھذﯾن اﻻﺛﻧﯾن ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺣرب وﯾﺧﻠﻘﺎن ﻧﻣطًﺎ ﻣوﺟﯾًﺎ ﻣن اﻻرﺗﻔﺎﻋﺎت واﻻﻧﺧﻔﺎﺿﺎت‪ .‬ﻻﺣظ‬
‫اﻻرﺗﻔﺎﻋﺎت واﻻﻧﺧﻔﺎﺿﺎت واﺑﺣث ﻋن ﻋﻼﻣﺎت ﺗﺣذرك ﻣن اﻟﻣﻧﻌطﻔﺎت ﻟﺗﺗﻣﻛن ﻣن اﻟﺗﻘﺎط ﻧﻔﺳك وﺗﺻﺣﯾﺢ اﻷﻣور‪.‬‬
‫ﻣﻔﺗﺎح اﻟﺗطور ھو اﻟﺗﻧوع‪ ،‬وﻋﻧدﻣﺎ ﺗﻣل ﻣن ﻣﺎ ھو ﻓﻲ اﻟﻧور‪ ،‬ﯾﺟب ﻋﻠﯾك ﻣواﺟﮭﺔ ﻣﺎ ھو ﻓﻲ اﻟظﻼم‪ .‬ﯾﺟب أن ﻧﻔﮭم‬ ‫‪.6‬‬
‫اﻻزدواﺟﯾﺔ اﻟﻣوﺟودة ﻓﻲ ﻋﻘوﻟﻧﺎ وﻧﺗﺧﻠص ﻣن اﻟﻣوﻗف اﻟﺛﻧﺎﺋﻲ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺻواب واﻟﺧطﺄ اﻟﺣﻘﯾﻘﯾﯾن‪ ،‬وھذا أﻧﺎ أو ﻟﯾس أﻧﺎ‪ .‬ﻻ‬
‫ﺷﻲء ﺛﺎﺑت وﻛل ﺷﻲء ﻓﻲ ھذا اﻟﻛون ﯾﺳﺗﻣر إﻟﻰ اﻷﺑد‪ .‬اﻟﺳؤال اﻟﺣﻘﯾﻘﻲ ھو‪" :‬ﻣن اﻟذي أ ُﺻﺑﺣﮫ اﻧﺎ؟"‬
‫ﻋﻘوﻟﻧﺎ ھﻲ ﻧظﺎم ﻟﻠﺗﺷﻐﯾل واﻹﯾﻘﺎف ﺗم ﺑرﻣﺟﺗﮭﺎ ﻣﻊ ﻣرور اﻟوﻗت ﻟﺗﺻدﯾق أﺷﯾﺎء ﻣﻌﯾﻧﺔ‪ ،‬وﺗﺟرﺑﺗﻧﺎ ﻟﻠواﻗﻊ ھﻲ ﺑﺑﺳﺎطﺔ‬ ‫‪.7‬‬
‫ﻧﺗﯾﺟﺔ ﺗﻠك اﻟﻣﻌﺗﻘدات اﻟﺗﻲ ﺻدﻗﻧﺎھﺎ‪ .‬ﻋﻧدﻣﺎ ﻧﺧﺗﺑر ﺷﯾﺋًﺎ أو ﻧﻔﻛر ﻓﻲ ﺷﻲء‪ ،‬ﻧﺿﻊ ﺻﺧرة ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺟﻣوﻋﺔ ﻣﻌﯾﻧﺔ ﻣن‬
‫اﻷوزان‪ ،‬إﻣﺎ إﯾﺟﺎﺑﯾﺔ أو ﺳﻠﺑﯾﺔ‪ .‬ﻛل ﻣﻌﺗﻘد ھو ﺑﻣﺛﺎﺑﺔ ﻣﯾزان واﻟﺟﺎﻧب اﻟذي ﯾﺣﻣل أﻛﺑر ﻋدد ﻣن اﻟﺻﺧور ھو ﻣﺎ ﻧﻌﺗﻘد‪.‬‬
‫وﻣﺎ ﻧﻌﺗﻘده ھو واﻗﻌﻧﺎ‬
‫‪ .8‬داﺋﻣﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ دراﯾﺔ ﺑﺣﻠﻘﺎت ردود اﻟﻔﻌل اﻟﻌﻘﻠﯾﺔ‪ .‬ﻣﺎ ﯾﻌﺗﻘده اﻟﺷﺧص ھو ﻣﺎ ﯾُﻔﻛر ﻓﯾﮫ‪ .‬ھﻲ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ داﺋرﯾﺔ ﺣﯾث ﯾﺧﻠق‬ ‫ﻛن‬
‫ﻓﯾﮭﺎ اﻟﺳﺑب ﺗﺄﺛﯾرً ا‪ ،‬وﯾﻧﺣﻧﻲ اﻟﺗﺄﺛﯾر ﻣرة أﺧرى وﯾﻌود إﻟﻰ اﻟﺳﺑب ﻓﻲ دورة راﺟﻌﺔ ﺗﺣﻘق ﻧﻔﺳﮭﺎ‪ .‬ﯾﻣﻛن ﻟﻶراء أن‬
‫ﺗﺟﻌﻠك اﻟﺷﺧص اﻷﻓﺿل ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺎﻟم أو ﺗﻛﺳرك ﺣﺗﻰ ﺗﻔﻛر ﻓﻲ اﻧﮭﺎء ﺣﯾﺎﺗك‪ .‬ﺗﺄﻛد ﻣن اﻟﺗﻘﺎط اﻟﻠﺣظﺎت اﻟﺻﻌﺑﺔ ودﻋم‬
‫اﻟﻠﺣظﺎت اﻹﯾﺟﺎﺑﯾﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﺷﺧﺻﯾﺗك وﺗﺣدد ﺑدﻗﺔ ﻣن أﻧت وﻣﺎ اﻟذي ﺗﻘدر ﻋﻠﯾﮫ ﺷﺧﺻﯾﺗك‪ ،‬ﺛم ﺗﻌرف ﻣﺎ ﺗرﯾد ﺣﻘًﺎ ﺗﺣﻘﯾﻘﮫ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺣﯾﺎة واﻟﺗﺣﻘق ﻣﻣﺎ‬
‫إذا ﻛﺎﻧت ﺷﺧﺻﯾﺗك ھذه ﻣﻧﺎﺳﺑﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﮭﻣﺔ‪ .‬إذا ﻟم ﺗﻛن اﻟﺷﺧﺻﯾﺔ ﻣﻧﺎﺳﺑﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﮭﻣﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈﻧﮫ ﺣﺎن اﻟوﻗت إذن ﻟﺗﺻﻣﯾم ﺷﺧﺻﯾﺔ‬
‫أﺧرى ﺗﻛون ﻗﺎدرة ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺣﻘﯾق اﻟﻣﮭﻣﺔ ﺑﺳﮭوﻟﺔ واﺗﺧﺎذ اﻟﻘرار اﻟواﻋﻲ ﻟﻠﻧﻣو داﺧﻠﮭﺎ‪ .‬ﺷﺧﺻﯾﺗك ﻗﺎﺑﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﻐﯾﯾر وأﻧت ﻣن‬
‫ﺗﺗﺣﻛم ﺑﺳﺣب اﻟﺧﯾوط‪.‬‬
Daily Ritual

1. First thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up, read this Mustaqbal Selfbook from start to finish.
Remind yourself of what you want to achieve with your life, who you are becoming and the legacy you
have already started to leave. You are powerful beyond measure.

2. When you look at your vision board and your goals for the future read them out loud to yourself and
then imagine you having already achieved your goals and your vision, make the image in your mind
detailed and colorful, experience the vision fully and let the positive emotions run through your body
again and again. This is stacking rocks.

3. Read your affirmations out loud to yourself and then imagine a situation where you achieved your
affirmation and make that vision detailed and colorful. Feel the positive emotions associated with that
affirmation run through your body again and again. Stack those rocks and program your mind the way
you want it to be programmed.

4. Listen to your affirmations audio recording while resting on a comfy couch. As you hear yourself state
each affirmation imagine a situation where you used this and make the picture colorful and detailed.
Let the positive emotions run through your body. Stack those rocks and drum the new programming in.

5. Pull out your DSS Planner* and plan your day. State what you’re grateful for, what would make today
great, your current projects and plan out your entire day from start to finish. Set intention for the day.

6. Take massive violent action all day long. Execute your day just the way you planned it. Be relentless
and look fear and procrastination dead on in the eyes. Make your character dance and feel no pain.
Do the work.

7. At night time when you’re lying in bed complete this process over again and fall asleep with your
affirmations playing into your ears. Program your mind the way you want it to be programmed. When
you wake up in the morning repeat this process again and again. The only way you can possibly not
get what you want in life is to not do this process.

Make sure you track your performance every single day so that you make ticking this sheet the sole desire
you have each day. Just focus on ticking off the boxes everyday for thirty days straight and things will
seriously start to change in your life and your business.
