Who we are selling to is just as important as what we are
selling. Setting the ICP will enable us find the right target
market with the right solution.

Begin by Asking Yourself:


Who am I serving?
What pain point will I resolve for them?
Does my offering do exactly that?
How can I be different from existing providers?

CUSTOMER
JOURNEY
Map out the Customer’s journey from the beginning to the
end and understand at which point your brand can
intervene.

Begin by Asking Yourself:


What triggers the customer to address the pain point?
How do they find a solution?
What is the journey from exploration to purchase?
What are they asking during the journey to come to a
conclusion?
3 AWARENESS
Divide your funnel into 3 parts beginning with Awareness.
Don’t focus on only talking about you or your brand, but
also educate the customer more about the problem.
Begin by Asking Yourself:
How important is the problem to the customer?
What value would it bring by solving it?
How can I place myself as a credible thought leader who solves
this problem for them?
How do I tell people I solve this problem better than everyone
else?
4 INTEREST
Now that the customer knows that you are a option to
solve their pressing problem. Build on why you should be
the one to solve it and how you’re better than everyone
else!

Focus On:
Building answers on how you solve the problem differently and
how that’s better.
Present your product with all it’s might and glory.

CONVERSION
Once the customer is convinced that you’re the right, its
time to go for the “deal”.

Focus On:
Getting the pricing right.
Would a free-mium mode work?
How to make onboarding as easy as possible for the customer?
