When my father, Bertil Hult, founded EF over 55 years ago with the mission to
‘open the world through education’, I do not think he would have believed how the
company would grow and evolve. What started off as a small business has today
grown into a truly global organization providing education and experiences to
students, companies and governments around the world. That includes thousands
of corporate employees from leading international companies.

In 2002, we expanded our offering further by associating our existing EF business


with an independent, not-for-profit business school. That school became known
as Hult International Business School and today offers undergraduate, master’s
and MBA programs from its seven international campuses. Since 2015, Ashridge
Executive Education programs at Hult International Business School have been
consistently ranked in the top 20 schools globally for Executive Education.

2021 marks another moment in our history as we formally combine our B2B
focused divisions to form Hult EF Corporate Education. This new business
will allow us to provide even more support and even greater impact for our
corporate and government clients. In the context of an ever-changing world and
growing demands to rapidly and constantly upskill employees, Hult EF will help
