Once upon a time, a young and enthusiastic girl named Missy once resided in the busy town of

Knowledgevilla. A never-ending curiosity and love of learning drove her. Missy would spend her
days looking through the shelves of the town's library, getting lost in the enthralling stories and
fascinating facts.

Missy found a piece of parchment between the pages of an old book one sunny afternoon as
she read by a window. The mysterious message it conveyed caught her interest incredibly. The
letter referred to a magical structure that could unlock superpowers and hidden potential.
Reading, writing, and arithmetic were listed as prerequisites for accessing its full potential.

Meanwhile, Missy met two teachers in the town's library: teacher Graham and teacher Kelly.
Missy asked a question regarding the 3 Rs. The two teachers explained about the three Rs.
According to them, acquiring fundamental skills, namely reading, writing, and arithmetic
(commonly called the 3 R's), is essential for every child in primary education. Acquiring reading,
writing, and arithmetic skills at the pre-primary level is most important. However, it is worth
noting that a significant number of children in developing countries encounter challenges in
attaining comparable levels of academic achievement within the context of public primary
schools (Graham & Kelly, 2018).

Moreover, it is essential to fully understand how learners are prepared to engage in reading,
writing, and arithmetic processes and the contextual factors that influence their learning
experiences. Additionally, it is crucial to assess the proficiency of educators in fostering a more
creative, interactive, collaborative, and favorable learning atmosphere. This article aims to
evaluate the effects of a talking classroom approach on the instruction and acquisition of the 3
Rs (reading, writing, and arithmetic) in public pre-primary classes within government primary
schools in the Ilemela district of Tanzania (Mugyabuso & Tangi, 2022).

After hearing all the explanations from the teachers, Missy experienced a strong enthusiasm
and curiosity for unraveling the mysterious and intricate framework.
