Subject: Training needs

Hello, how are you?

We are here today, to talk about our staff training needs.
I understand that they need more training in a few areas.
One of then, is to make the sales and marketing team interested in the WHS activities. For this, we
could ask for someone from WHS staff, to do a speech explaining how important it is.
We also must train the team better for a fire emergency, I feel they are a bit lost about this
scenario, so will be great if we provide a training or show an explaining video.
And we also need to train the team, on how to operate the machines properly, maybe a good
conversation in the classroom works, showing a safety and procedures video can be very useful
too.

Thank you, if you have any suggestion, please let me know
