Program Implemations

How often do we meet? What does it look like?

● Students will meet once a week throughout a 4-week MTSS
Program specific to ELL Students
● School counselors will implement these lessons during Eagles
Tutoring (tutorial schedule) which is every wednesday for free
period/ small group session.
● We will be presenting lesson 1, 3, and 4 throughout the whole
school year for ELL Students to have additional support.
Lesson Plan #1 Ice Breaker Activity: Sharing Cultural Identity
Lesson Plan #2
Lesson Plan #3
Lesson Plan #4 Estancia’s Peer-Assisted Learning Program for ELL Students
Lesson Plan #4 Estancia’s Peer Tutoring Program for ELL Students
Evaluating Program Effectiveness

How will we know?

● We will be measuring program effectiveness by looking at the pre/post test data to see if
students are mastering mindset and behavioral standards.
● We will measure program effectiveness by reviewing the outcome data from our program
goals we set with the Tier 2 interventions we provided to our ELL students.
○ If outcome data shows no percent decrease in low academic achievement by the set
deadline, the program was not effective.
