E. REPORTING RESULTS

The magnified view shows that the coating is separated from the bar surface and
the underlying metal is exposed. The two other breaks on the test bar sample
were also identified as cracks. Since the test bar incurred three cracks after
bending, it has failed the bend requirements of this test method.
