Reflecting on the preliminary lessons on verbal and non-verbal communication, as well

as different communication models, I have gained valuable insights into the intricacies

of human interaction and the importance of effective communication in various contexts.

Through studying verbal communication, I learned about the power of words, tone, and

language in conveying messages accurately and persuasively. Understanding non-

verbal communication cues such as body language, facial expressions, and gestures

has deepened my awareness of the subtleties and nuances in interpersonal

communication. Moreover, exploring different communication models, such as the linear

model, interactive model, and transactional model, has broadened my understanding of

the dynamic nature of communication processes and the roles of sender, receiver,

message, channel, and feedback. Overall, these lessons have equipped me with

essential knowledge and skills to navigate communication challenges, build meaningful

connections, and foster positive relationships in both personal and professional

spheres.
