    The first video was about a lady welcoming a man ordering a dozen of roses

    online with all respect, asked him some information, and ended in a nice goodbye.

    While in the second video is a conversation between Frankie and Steven Davis about

    the timeline for the proposal. The clip started with the both of them introducing

    themselves and ended with a simple goodbye.

    The similarities between the two videos are interpersonal speech is used yet they

    were not talking in person. Also, they used assertive, commisive and more on directive.

    The difference between them is that, the first video is formal and the second one is

    informal.
