Plumtree polytechnic invites reputable suppliers registered with the Procurement Regulatory
Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) to participate in the following tender:

1. Tender documents containing bidding instructions and the scope of work are obtained
free of charge in electronic form on the PRAZ website and the tender documents can
be obtained from office No. 4, upon payment of a non-refundable fee US$20.00. The
following banking details may be used for depositing the non - refundable tender fee:

2. Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the
advertised tender number, the closing date and the description of the tender.
Completed bids must be deposited in Office No. 7, Main Administration Block in the
tender box on or before 1000 hours on specified closing dates and will be opened at
1030 hours on the same day in the presence of all interested bidders. For any further
