Suitably qualified tenderers are invited for the Tender for the Renovation Works of the Bakun Main COntrol
Room (MCR) at Bakun HEP stated as follows:

Tenderers shall comply with the following:
1. Bumiputera registered vendor
2. Relevant past project experience; and
3. Bonafide
4. Completed past project RM5MIL and above.
5. Must Possess competent Person.

*Interested tenderers are required to produce evidence of fulfilling the above-mentioned mandatory
requirement. Failing which, your intention will be rejected.

General Instructions

1. This tender exercise will be conducted on an online Ariba platform. The entire event will be
managed by SEPRO (Sarawak Energy e-Procurement) Team on behalf of Syarikat SESCO Berhad.

2. Please note that all Tenderers are required to register in SEPRO to participate in this tender. If
your company is not registered in SEPRO, please allow ample time to complete registration.
Vendors can self-register to SEPRO via the URL http://bit.ly/register2SEPRO. The registration is
free of charge.

3. Interested Tenderer that meets the eligibility is required to do the following steps:

ONLY shareholders, directors or Company's authorized personnel (thru company's authorization

letter) shall be allowed to attend the Tender briefing and Site Visit (if necessary).

All tenderers must bring along Original Copies (for verification) of Company Registration (Form 24 and
Form 49) or Form I (The Businesses, Professions and Trading Licensing Ordinance) and Company
Official Stamp during the Tender Briefing.

5. Tender documents can only be accessible to the Tenderer after registration.

 DESCRIPTION / SPECIFICATIONS

The Services to be provided by the Service Provider include the following:

The Works to be performed by the Contractor include the following:

1. Preliminaries and General, inclusive of the administrative cost, mobilization and demobilization, and
accommodation. The awarded tenderer shall also comply with HSW requirements such as SESP, WAH, and other
management costs.

2. To provide engineering works design and as built drawing with approved & certified by PE.

3. To perform renovation work on the MCR partition wall, inclusive of the dismantle & dispose of the
exiting partition wall, and supply, deliver and install new tempered glass partition wall, door and etc. And also
rectify the existing ceiling gypsum board as mentioned.
