Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) is seeking a quotation for the renovation
works at Ikot Ekpene, Ekpenukpa, and Ikot Abasi Injection Substation.

3 Renovation of Ikot Abasi Injection Substation Lot

All Quotations should be sent electronically to procurement.quotes@phed.com.ng and are to be

addressed to the Procurement Department, PHEDC. The quotations should reach us no later than
18/09/2023 by 13:00hrs (1:00 PM)
Your quotation should be firm and MUST include:
1. Date of quotation
2. Validity of quotation
3. Delivery lead-time
4. *Place of delivery

5. *TIN Number
6. *Bank Details
7. Guarantee Period

Please note:
1. Quotations will be evaluated based on, technical capability, Commercial terms, and PHED
Health & Safety Policy
2. Your quotation must bear the REF NO. LOC/PHED/2023/1164 as above
3. Additional information to be requested if required (e.g., samples, pictures, data sheets etc.).
4. 70% Payment shall be made before the commencement of work and the balance of 30% shall
be made after completion of the job which will be subject to certification and inspection.

5. Any deviation from the above set conditions will automatically disqualify your offer.
PHED requires that contractors shall observe the highest standard of ethics during the
implementation of procurement proceedings and the execution of Contracts by not engaging in
corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices with Procurement staff in competing for such
transactions.
