LETTER OF INTENT TO PARCHASE JALAPENO PEPPERS FROM SINDI AND KIDS TRADING CC
Dear Sindi and Kids Trading cc

Foodie King’s is an agro-processing company based in the lower South Coast of KZN, ran owned and
managed by a young black African with a level 1 BBEEE score. We produce organic chilli sauces and
chilli pates and we out sauce all our raw material from emerging farmers which are mostly
cooperatives that are ran by rural woman and youth.

We’re pleased to submit this letter of intent to Sindi and Kids Trading which sets forth the general
terms and conditions under-which FOODIE KING’S will purchase Jalapeno pepper from you. We
intend on purchasing ten (10) hectors of Jalapenos from you once ready for harvesting and we
request that they be organically grown, meaning that there should be no herbicides and pesticides
used in planting and growing these Jalapenos, only use natural compose and natural methods of
preventing insects from destroying your crops. Failure to do so shall result in (FOODIE KING’S) not
buying your produce as per our intent. We as Foodie King’s shall occasionally visit the farm to do our
own inspection to make sure that you not going against our will.

We also intend on giving you (SINDI AND KIDS TRADING CC) a five year contract should we be
satisfied with your first supply, so bear in mind that your failure to supply us according to our need
will result in not getting that contract.
