FAREWELL CEREMONY

Respected Commanding Officer,Executive Officer and other officers present, Assalamu

Alaikum and a very good Morning to you all.

I, S Lt Emon, welcome you all in today’s program. At first I would like to express heartiest
recognition and gratitude to all of you for joining with us on this occasion. As you all know,
today we have gathered here for bidding farewell to Lt Cdr Md Mirazul Hasan, (E), BN.

Lt Cdr Md Mirazul Hasan, (E), BN. joined Bangladesh Navy on 10 th January, 2011 and was
commissioned on 01 Dec 2012.He has completed his watchkeeping from BNS BB. He has
served on board BNS DJY, BNS Nirvoy, BNS KJ ALI, BCGS Tajuddin, BCGS Najrul and
so on. He was the commissioning crew of BCGS Kamrujjaman. He joined onboard DLI on
27th June, 2022 as SEO. It was his 8 th ship to serve in Bangladesh Navy. Lt Cdr Md
Mirazul Hasan, (E), BN is happily married and blessed with one daughter. We are all very
proud to have a visionary and efficient Engineer like you.

Sir, I don't want to belittle you by talking about your expertise and foresight. But not to
mention some of your contributions to this ship.Sir, During your tenure onboardyou have
made exceptional contributions that significantly enhanced the vessel's operational
capabilities and overall performance. Your dedication, expertiseand unwavering
commitment to excellence has left an indelible mark on our ship and its crew.

During docking operations you exhibited an unparalleled level of expertise and dedication,
orchestrating meticulous procedures that ensured the ship's integrity and readiness for
every mission ahead.

As Lt Cdr Md Mirazul Hasan, (E), BN embarks on a new chapter in his career at a different
posting as Staff Officer (Engineering) to COMCHIT, his contributions to our ship will be
fondly remembered and cherished. His legacy of excellence, innovation, and teamwork will
continue to inspire us, driving us to uphold the standards he has set and to build upon the
strong foundation he has laid. He has always treated everyone onboard BNS Dhaleshwari
as a family by providing his valuable feedback and support in any problem in professional
as well as personal life.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for his exceptional service and wish him continued
success in all his future endeavours

Now I would like to welcome Lt Cdr Md Mirazul Hasan, (E), BN to share his feelings on his
departure.
