Feature
1) A bolt-clamped Langevin type transducer (BLT) which uses piezoelectric ceramics(PZT ceramics) is constructed because of having the availability of
high input electric power.
2) It is durable and less damaged even when wide amplitude excitation happens, because piezoelectric ceramics is unified mechanically.
3) It is a polycrystal ceramics which is congealed high purity power at high temperature heating. (titanium oxide, barium oxide, etc.)
4) There are the various types of transducers with the resonant frequency such as 20kHz, 28kHz, 40kHz, 50kHz, 68kHz, 80kHz, 130kHz, 170kHz,.

Vibration unit
•Generator and Vibration unit which was proposed by customer’s own demand/purpose could be manufactured such as the customized vibration
unit or pressure reduction vibration unit.
•Output power of vibration unit could be manufactured, ranging in watts from 50W to 1800W on request.
•Material, SUS304/316, are available and Chromium plating and electrolytic polishing are possible on the surface.
•Resonant frequency is selectable such as 20kHz, 28kHz, 40kHz, 50kHz, 68kHz, 80kHz, 130kHz, 170kHz,.

Vibration unit types by fitting ways

•It is most commonly used for single and multi-tanks equipment.

•There is no separate mounting bracket to secure this, as fixed type, required

•One Ultrasound Generator(oscillator) can output two frequencies
•Strong cleaning and various precision cleaning can be done at the same time.

Single basket ultrasonic cleaning machine

•The most basic type of ultrasonic cleaner is used for part application easily.

Ultrasonic Mold Washer

Outline
This machine is a manual cleaning device that
removes and repels gas and other pollutants by
using water-soluble cleaning agent for precision
mold or parts thereof. When the product (mold and
parts) is put into the basket and loaded into the main
hanger, it is cleaned by 5 times of cleaning process
