To Whom It May Concern:

It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Lilibeth Maravilla. I have worked
with Mrs. Maravilla for the past 3 years. In that time, I have seen her devotion to her
students as well as to the school and community. I have seen this by her showing up to work
everyday, very rarely was she out. She also builds good relationships with her students. There
isn’t a morning when some of her past students don’t stop by to say hi. Finally she has
volunteered on multiple school committees, like Veteran’s Day Committee where she helped
organize this school/community event for all of us to enjoy.

Lilibeth does a good job following the districts pacing guides and isn’t afraid to reach out for
help. Not only has she asked me for help from time to time she has reached out to our
instructional coach. This is important because we all have room for growth. Finally Lilibeth
does a great job keeping her parents informed about what is going on in the classroom. This is
done by her typing up a weekly note that is attached to the HW where she details what has
been done that week. She also is really good about contacting parents when behavior issues
happen.

I consider Mrs. Maravilla to be a dedicated educator who is always looking to improve her skill
as a teacher.
